Good stay!

We had a very nice nights sleep in our premium room. Lovely bed & pillows as you’d expect but bigger room size, nice bathroom with bath and also lots of lovely “extra touches”. All of the front of house staff were very good. Marina was excellent and certainly made our stay special. We had the breakfast - it was all good, buffet style. I didn’t need/want to eat until evening meal! We’d certainly come again

We needed a place to stay before our morning flight out of Heathrow the next day. We also had to return our rental car before our flight. In looking for a place close to Heathrow with parking for an EV car, this hotel seemed to be a good option. We checked in about 6:45pm and checked out about 6:45am. The closeness to Heathrow was great. The EV charging stations were not. As this hotel is in a popular shopping area, the EV charging stations were full as were most of the parking lots. We did find a place. Then trying to figure out where to park the car while we checked in was frustrating due to the fact that the parking lot behind the hotel was full, we ended up with one of us staying in the car in a handicapped spot while the other of us went in to get our room key. The other thing that was off-putting is the king-sized room only had one set of towels. Since we were there for such a short period we made do, but I have never stayed in a king-sized bed room where there was only one set of towels. Otherwise the room was very clean. The public areas were very clean. Despite the hotel being full, it was a quiet room. I think the hotel is a good place to stay if you do not have a car, but with a car it was tedious.

I stay at this hotel quite often, always made welcome by the staff. Rooms and public areas are always clean and well presented. Car Park is a little small for my liking, and if you arrive later in the day it will be full, however you can always find a space at the nearby two rivers, where there is also a good selection of places to eat if you don't fancy the hotel restaurant. Did not give max stars this time as the TV in my room has an issue this visit. No sound on BBC1 but all other were fine.

Great little premier inn. Looks fairly modern. Had the breakfast both mornings which was brilliant value for money for 2 adults and 2 kids. If you’re out all day and only parking at night then parking in the two rivers retail car park is very cheap, it also has loads of great places to eat and drink. Location is perfect if you’re visiting Windsor/ LEGOLAND/ chessington world of adventure. This is our second stay at the hotel and we will certainly be returning for our trips down south.

Seated for food at 7 main didn’t come out till 8.30!! Ceiling was paper thing and could hear banging above keeping me up most the night. Unfortunately no one of the desk when I handed my keycard back to air my concerns. Hoping someone will contact me off the back of this.

The parking for this hotel is a 5 min walk in a large open car park surrounded by shops and restaurants. Parking for 24hrs is £12 but free from 6pm onwards The check in was straight forward, staff on the desk was welcoming. Room was decent, with the kids getting a bed each and me having a double bed (was told I would have a king size bed on the email). My daughter had asked for some conditioner as she had forgot hers but we were told they don’t do any there and to go to Tescos! I asked for additional pillows and was told to make do with the pillows in the room! When it came to the evening meal there was just 1 member of staff looking after the bar, taking food and drink orders and doing to waitressing too! The choices of drinks on the bar were poor! The house wine was horrible! Evening though the restaurant wasn’t busy we waited nearly 40mins for our starters to come out! I had to go and have a word. The food I would say was like a Wetherspoons quality. Some of our order came out wrong and was missing things which I had to mention. I am not blaming the member of staff because you could see she was doing the best she could. When it came to bedtime I could not get comfy, i didn’t find the bed comfortable at all and woke up a few times in the night! Breakfast the next day was good. It was crowded though? Maybe these people decided to eat at one of the restaurants nearby in the evening but I was surprised at how many were at breakfast when the restaurant was quiet the night before.

On the arrival I went to the room and the sheets were dirty. From all four beds! Didn't have a phone in the room so I can address the situation, had to go back and call someone in reception who apparently was doing the cleaning too... The beds were all 4lined up and not much space to move around... it was a terrible experience with the kids. Wouldn't recommend it...
