staff were absolutly fantastic. room was amazing very clean and spasious. we ended booking another night as we enjoyed it so much I would hundred percent recommend this hotel. It's good price and you definitely get your money's worth. Great location. Easy to hop straight on public transport. Any of restaurants and bars nearby. Will definitely be staying here again. I would choose this hotel over any other. Also the pool was amazing thankyou oaks ❤️

My stay here was absolutely unforgettable from beginning to end and Rachel definitely deserves the full credit for it! I was welcomed by her with a warm smile in the morning - arrived early and she offered me to store my bag, then lovely Jesse gave me a call when my room is ready. My room was seeing the beautiful ocean, i watched the sunrise and sunset from my balcony. Room was perfectly clean and fresh. I honestly loved that a little bit of vintage vibes of the hotel room as well. The location is also absolutely perfect, tram stop is just in front of the hotel, so the transport was also such an ease here. Finally, again - Thank you Rachel for your incredible hospitality, you truly made me feel at home.

Excellent hotel room, clean and neat. Hotel reception was super friendly. 💯

Hotel itself was nice, quite old fashioned style inside. The location is quite good, the tram line is right in your door steep, and the main shopping centre is only a 20 minute walk. Staff were lovely, quite simple check in and check out system.

nice hotel with convenient location, having a tram station just next to the hotel

Booked this hotel for the gold coast marathon. So close to good restaurants and cafes; parking was easy; service was great! Even though the room is noticeably old and worn, it's spacious and good enough for a couple days stay. Wifi was weak though and bed was extremely soft (in a might wake up with a bad neck and back if you're old kind of way).

For the price, it wasn't a very pleasant stay.

Great service. Clean hotel and location was good where we need to be for dinner

Very good service and nice clean room, will visit next time for sure.

Awesome stay I always get the best night's sleep here .. the staff especially are amazing

Pretty average I would say

The best

That was my second time i've been there and its very lovely 🥰

Great location, staff friendly, room big, and facilities well maintained. Just the decor and carpet in the room a bit dated. Otherwise, really enjoyed the stay there.
