The hotel is outdated and old. I stayed because I was on a shopping trip so I was out early and back late.
I use to stay here but no improvements have been made.
IMy room was never clean during my 3 day trip even though I requested for it be done.

Everything was good. The area was quiet and pleasant

The property is usual good but this the bathroom door did oil in room 204. The bed also squeaks, the breakfast is now limited to eggs and waffle, gone are yogurt, sausage and fruits.

Conveniently located, however rooms are very dirty and we had to switch rooms 3 times due to poor conditions. Toilet clog, no hot water, no electricity and very dirty sheets with hair in it

The staff was wonderful. The room I was in looked tired. The room needs a reno. The price we paid the room should have been up to date with brand new furniture.

The property has potential, but the elevator tile floor was buckling, on the 4th floor there was a foul odor in the corridors. In my room 419, as i have sinus issues, there was a dust like scent in the air. The AC unit had not been cleaned in years as dust and dirt was visible from the blower. I had to clean the filters myself. On the site it said maid service daily, that is not the case. When the maid clean the room the bed was made up usi g the same old sheet, so the aheets were not changed. Somone also entered my room after when i was out, noted this to the front desk the personnel was abrupt and rude. There was a fan blowing from the restroom, when the switch was off. No resolve
I would never stay here again... i would prefer a refund.

Hotel was very clean, rooms were large, staff very friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here and my family and I will be back :).

I left the next day the receptionist name tina was not nice to me and my son she pretended call freebee and she have us waiting for 1.5 hr when she never did.The freebee ride was dropping off a guest when i go out side to asked for a ride the drive said no call was made and the hallway and room smell really bad i was really disappointed the hotel needs to renovation it as plenty mold i couldn't stand it, bed and furniture no good i just need a refund i went to stay somewhere else i have 3 day to stay there and i left in one day time
