Great place...easy to access

They charge me and my friend from the 1st time my boss pay online in 10-12 January. They said that my boss didn't paid for us. So, on this time I separate to booking. It is very bad from Hilton.

O hotel está em obras. A piscina não está operando. Achei o atendimento no check in formal demais e o ponto alto é o que o quarto oferece, com vários artigos de tocador de muito boa qualidade e instalações muito limpas e confortáveis.

房價很高 設施老舊 沙發床根本無法睡人 酒店外表看上去不錯 裏面是真不行 另外以後在攜程平台訂房一定看好別訂代理的房 不然就準備好付了錢到酒店沒你的房

Mariana Guzman went above and beyond. She is a amazing bartender who makes quality drinks. I already drank the old fashion in the pic but it was amazing. I appreciate her letting me know about the happy hr menu especially since I arrived around 5:55

Outstanding facilities, courteous staff, and gracious customer service for the business guests. From check-in through check-out , our stay was an extremely pleasant experience that we will repeat upon each visit to Sunrise. Special thank you and commendations to bar tenders Mariana and Seth who consistently went out of their way to exceed our expectations.

I’ve stayed at this Doubletree before and the desk people were pleasant this time as well but the room was filthy. The carpets were stained and had debris all over them. Furniture was old and tired. Funny smell in the room and vomit or ice cream from a previous stay on the bedskirt. Not what I expected for Hilton Diamond membership. Not worth what we paid.

Good around stay, it’s advantage is being across the road from the huge Mall. We thought the breakfast was not anywhere worth the money they asked so we went to the mall where we found better, cheaper. It is the second time I have stayed here and I would stay again.

We ended up at this hotel while escaping Hurricane Milton. The hotel was very accommodating, lobby was nice, clean, and the staff was professional. Diane B. was handling the front desk with kindness, understanding and professionalism. Small cafe to grab your coffee and pastry and a restaurant/bar for dining. The rooms were lovely and the location was so convenient to the wonderful mall across the way - lots of shopping and dining options. Grounds were very well kept and plenty of garage parking available. A+

Evacuated here due to Hurricane Milton. The staff was incredible, friendly and helpful. We arrived way before check in and charged our electric car. The lobby had lots of seating as we waited. They passed out water and cookies for us. Twenty four hours after arriving when we discovered it was safe to get home they allowed us to check out early without paying for the second night. I’ve never been treated this well at a hotel.

Currently here during hurricane Milton and the staff have all been phenomenal. Seth in the restaurant was so attentive and really made the trip. Really appreciate the team making my first hurricane experience so enjoyable. Thank you to their dedicated team.

I would like to thank Mariana Guzman at the hotel restaurant, who made us feel at home while providing excellent service. At this point I would also like to advise TripAdvisor to waiver the need for 200 minimum characters in this section because there are people in this world who can express themselves precisely without waisting everybody's time.

Room was ok but the breakfast buffet was the worst. Everything was cold. Couldn’t drink the orange juice because of the taste. We had 3 drinks at the bar. Rum and coke had no flavor the coke was flat and for $48 there little to no rum. I wouldn’t recommend this place to the homeless.
