Terrible experience! I booked 13 nights double queen suite from mid Dec to early Jan for my parents. First, the double queen suite pictures on ******* are fake, no separate room, just a table next to bed. Then, it was noisy at night since next to an Avenue (heavy traffic). Third and the worst thing, the room never got cleaned until we asked, no house cleaning for 4 nights in a row, and we have to ask; the another 4 nights no room cleaning. I asked the front desk, and they said because the holiday, can I not pay the room fee on holiday? No room clean for hotel on holiday? That’s ridiculous! Never come back!

The property does not clean the room expect if you request formally, and even in this case they clean the bathroom and did not make the bed.
There is no water in the room you have to buy and carry with you to the room.
