Excellent.

My husband and I came to Sg Petani to attend my nephew's wedding, so we need to find a place close to the wedding hall. We're glad that we have chosen this hotel. The staff are very helpful and courteous, form the day we arrived until the day we left. We don't have much problem parking our car as there are some parking lots outside reserved for the guests, and also some at the basement. The room is comfortable and cosy, pink as the theme colour. It's quite spacious and we're glad that we have ample space to do our prayers. We look forward to stay here again if we happen to be in Sg Petani.

I had a very enjoyable stay at Emerald Puteri Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. One of the highlights was the breakfast—there was a good variety of choices, and everything was fresh and delicious. The location was also convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, it was a great experience and I would gladly stay here again!

when I checked in there were no staff to assist to push the trolley (few bags and hanging clothes for me and my wife). I was told by the reception there were no staff at afternoon shift?? hotel location were just nice but there were no walking distance halal food nearby, except KFC and Nasi Kandar Pelita (which pretty small). Room was nice considering is an old hotel.
