The Sunderland Holiday Inn is modern, clean and all the staff are friendly and helpful.
We stayed in a Queen Standard room, which was spacious and immaculately presented.
The only downfall was the room service menu. It says it's available until 12.00am, but we we called at 10.30, we were told there was only pizza available, so we had to go out and pick something up.
Apart from that, it is excellent value for money, and we will be returning again.
