From the very first phone call, we appreciated the professionalism and availability of the staff, and upon arrival we were welcomed with the same genuine kindness. The room, extremely spacious and impeccably maintained, offers outstanding comfort: the very comfortable bed, the generous shower, and the excellent soundproofing all contribute to a truly relaxing atmosphere. A major plus is that reality perfectly reflects the presentation — the rooms look exactly like in the photos. As for the pool, contrary to some previous reviews, the water temperature is well balanced and perfectly suitable even for children. The restaurant sets the highest standards: an elegant ambiance, impeccable service, and great attention to detail, including the dietary intolerances we had mentioned. The dishes were refined and beautifully prepared — every choice was a true delight. A memorable experience that we will certainly repeat."
