The resort is old and the rooms need renovation. Staff are polite but not very accommodating.

The staff were excellent, very knowledgeable and helpful.

This resort provides all in one relaxation, with the great view and clean beach side of Subic Bay. Rooms are quite old but still comfortable to sleep in. Hoping they can change the headboard to reduce the wood chips that falls off since it is a bit old. The entire resort is great, they just need to improve their rooms and the lobby. Staff is great, kudos to the Bar Staff, specifically Arvin, during night shift. Also to the breakfast restaurant server during our stay, one of the longest staying employees 15 yrs, whom Ive met years ago, and still there. Just forgot kuya /tatay name. Still same exemplary service.

The staffs are very accomodating.. we enjoyed our trip and be back soon.

Good service

호텔의 모든 직원들은 친절하다. 바다도 나쁘지 않다. 다만 우리가 갔을때는 바람이 많이 불어 파도가 쳐서 아이들이 놀기에 좋지 않았다. 숙소는 진심으로 리노베이션이 필요하다. 화장실 세면대 옷장 더럽고 더럽고 더럽다. 이렇게 더럽고 낙후된 시설로서의 가격은 비싼거 같다.

房間比較老，設施也比較老舊，環境還可以。

The beach is excellent. The resto serves very delicious food, Shyne and Joseph are very accurate and very on time. Very approachable too. Rooms do need improvements and quite dark. Thw staffs are very kind and approachable. Nice feeling when we visit here. Been in the resort several times already because of the beach and the food.

We are going to Camayan Beach Resort for 10 years already, because of the beautiful beach, the large rooms, the friendly staff and the good restaurant ... but there is a basic problem with the online-booking and the administration .... communication can be complicated and processes of booking and payments are very bureaucratic. Most of the buildings are aging and need a renovation, the number of day-tourists and visitors bring the resort to a limit and sometimes over the limit .... less would be more! Never the less ... we will go there again and hope that the owners are not too greedy and make the right decisions for the good of the tourists and the staff.

There was constant noise from the overhead air con units dripping water. The floors were old and dirty, the closet was humid and your clothes got damp. The hotel is very old and probably never refurbished since day one. We asked to be moved and the next 2 rooms they showed us had the same noise problem and were smelly. Another one they show us we said we would move but they wanted to charge us extra. We ended up moving out after the second night even though we paid for three. The staff were pleasant but did nothing to solve our problem. Avoid this hotel unless you want to be sleeping in a dirty room, and it looked like all the rooms have the same problem.
