The location is good and nice. Nut some of the amenities are quite old but still manageable

There is no view on the rooms given to us considering the rate we paid. Bathroom needs improvement, beddings need to be disinfected.

Booking .com website room description completely wrong. First room had a very dirty unsensitized bathroom. the toilet had not been cleaned. The floor around the toilet base was beyond disgusting. Shower was covered in mildew, glass doors coated thick with soap scum, couldn't see through them. They moved us to a different room. Found the bed had been used and unchanged. when they were changing the bedding with my wife's help we discovered massive blood stans on the mattress. Went to use the bathroom and discovered there was no running water to the room. they said an engineer could repair the problem in the morning. REFUSED to move us to a third room. We left very upset . DO NOT BOOK AT THIS Facility.

If I can give diamond hotel a 0, I will do that. Very terrible customer service. The only good in this facility is the guard. - We checked in Feb. 10, and they didn’t even disclose that there’s a bar downstairs that’s playing loud music until midnight. We want to rest but we can’t coz we can hear it up to 4th floor. - after we checked in we went out fir a stroll , when we come back , front desk said that they can’t give us another key coz there’s already one that’s made , but their supervisor accidentally bring home our room key. So everytime we need to go inside our room we need to wait for them to open our room for us, which is time consuming. - next we asked for additional pillow and blanket, but they want use to pay P100 for pillow and P150 for blanket. I told the front desk that I’m just going to use it, I’m not buying it. - their phone is not working , so if you need to reach the front desk, you need to go downstairs and ask them personally. But they can’t help you anyway. Everything will be charged including another key. - A/C unit is so low that your feet will be get all the air but the room is still warm. Just beware before you check in this hotel. Ask first.

DO NOT BOOK!!! COCKROACHES BAD ROOMS OVER PRICED Firstly don’t trust the photos. This was a classic bait and switch scam. Photos were very nice and very deceiving. When we arrived our rooms were disgusting. Covered in mold, dirty sheets, bathroom gross and very small. I booked two rooms for my parents and myself. When we dropped off our bags we all had a laugh at how completely sad the rooms were, but we were willing to give it a shot. When we came back from eating and went to the room we found cockroaches had gone inside of all of our luggage and in the bathrooms of both rooms. This was the final straw. We were unable to sleep in these rooms infested with mold and cockroaches. 🪳 We were refused to be given a refund as we were told the front desk worker did not have that ability to do that even though we spent less than 2 minutes in the rooms. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY I will pursue a refund from either Agoda and/or the hotel as this location was not fit for people to safely/comfortably stay for the night

The place is near to pier one and skybar which has loud music till 2am. I was on the 5th floor (top most floor) but the music still penetrates the room. The breakfast included was not buffet with very limited choice (4 choices only). The coffee served was without creamer. The tv doesn’t have remote (had to ask for it) but turned out to be useless because they do not have movie channels anyway. I also had to ask for bathroom tissue upon check in. The soap was hard and seems to be more chalk than soap. Even the toothpaste doesn”t taste like toothpaste at all. The plus side is i like the king bed. Though had to request for extra pillow which had an additional charge.. Stayed 2 nights and upon checkout, they were charging me with penalty for having cigarette smoke in the room which was preposterous since we did not smoke in the room. I went back to the room with the housekeeping to challenge their accusation and they said they checked a different room and not mine. Not woth all this trouble. The view was nice which was the only upside to staying here.
