So far, the environment is clean, but the facilities are a bit outdated. The parking is inconvenient, and the lift takes a long time to arrive.

- The stay was very comfortable overall, and everything was quite good. However, there are two things that need improvement: 1. You mentioned on the listing that it can accommodate 6 people. In reality, there are only 2 queen-size beds. The other two “single beds” are just thin mattresses placed on the floor, which are quite uncomfortable. 2. The sofa and beds should be cleaned properly, as there seem to be a lot of dust mites. My children slept on the beds, my wife slept on the floor mattress, and I slept sitting on the sofa. We checked in quite late, took a shower, and went straight to sleep. The next day, all of us were extremely itchy, like monkeys scratching non-stop. The ones who sat on the sofa had itchiness on the back of the thighs, and those who slept on the beds had very itchy hands. These two issues need improvement. Other than that, everything else was very good. Thank you.

At first Netflix couldn’t be used but the owner is very helpful! It was a nice staycation for family

The room was super nice, spacious and clean. Easy to access. Affordable. I will book again if i went to Subang Jaya.

Everything works well. Extra point on the washing machinr. We used it plenty of time. Room spacious. Tbey even i stalled water dispenser. Will come again next time. TQ

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process smooth and easy. Booked for older parents to stay. Location was ok with shopping mall at below. Convenient to find food. The unit is big and spacious. You will need to travel in group as there is only one access card given. Going to parking and accessing lift required assess card. So it is troublesome if you travel separate ways. The guard is not allow to help you access your own floor. You will need to use your own assess card. Sofa cover teared off. Not comfortable to sit. Overall owner is quick to response to our queries.

I was so impressed by the price of this apartment when we booked. Turns out it's so bad and terrible. Cons 1. The rooms was very unclean, rooms and bedding we had to use our own cover to keep our bodies not itchy 2. Toilets water is an issue, the hot water was so unfriendly to use, we arrive at 10 pm don't know how to operate. Waited for the person in charge to come help us. Mention by the agent that he is on the way. That was like about 45min I guess they came from KL city to our apartment. The person was so rude and I unhelpful, even mentioned do you know how to use hot water your country don't have it?. We mentioned to change room to the agent. As it was so late at 1130pm. My mum in law didn't have time to took a bath as tomorrow needs to see doctorm by the way she was 75yrs old. We are not coming back again

Overall satisfied, the facilities were well maintained and the rooms are clean. Suitable for small family. The location is convenient, easy to access nearby shopping mall and restaurants.

Good location and more like airbrb

There is no easy way to rate this place highly. We stayed here for more than a month and our experience was worse than a nightmare. The service was not too bad. The host was responsive and fulfilled some of the request. For example, there was no clothes rack provided, the host quite ordered a new rack and delivered to us. That was the "good" about this. Now the "bad". On the arrival day, we can smell strong urea and faeces odour coming from the toilet. The toilet looked pretty old and seemed like there was leakage. Upon contacting the host, someone came and fix the issue. Apparently the sink hole was covered properly. So the whole unit stinked. Problem solved. This was fine. The most annoying thing about this apartment was the upstairs neighbour. I will refer the neighbour as "Baboon" now. Baboon was extremely noisy. Day and night, Baboon will walk and jump around until there was no peace at all. It was tough sleeping in this kind of situation. The host cannot do anything, except to tell to record the sound, which was not possible, because the sound just cannot be captured by the phone mic. It was really the "vibration" and "echo" that troubled our ears. Bear in mind we've been living in apartment for at least 10 years, but never had we experience such ******* primate who could walk like a monster at all times. This may last until 2am after midnight. Many times had the security been summoned. It was not pleasant. Host refused to change our unit. Also refused refund. We had no choice but to bear with the noise. The parking is located at 7th floor. Drivers may need to SPIN all the way to the 7th floor to access the parking. Short term stay is fine. But long term is quite painful, especially for a person who has chronic vertigo disease like me. Going one direction needs about slightly less than 10 mins. Host was not helpful in this case. We had to park in the valet parking which cost MYR11 to 15, depending on days. Overall, stay here if you like the zoos. You have been warned.

iam quite satisfied with the room no complain at all

A simple and clean layout, an equipped kitchen and utensils, plus a washer, Pillows and bedsheets are clean, which comes in handy for a family stay. Location is great with lots of amenities nearby, not forgetting ample food places. Worth a re-visit for future trips to KL.

The only minor point is that it can get a bit busy around the mall area, but the convenience far outweighs this. The service was efficient and professional. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. All my interactions with the staff, both via messaging before arrival and at the front desk, were prompt and helpful. They were courteous and addressed my queries quickly. The apartment was very clean upon arrival. The linens, towels, and bathroom were spotless. The living area and kitchenette were well-maintained and tidy. It felt fresh and comfortable, which is always a top priority for me. The facilities are excellent for a serviced residence. The apartment was modern and well-equipped with a functional kitchenette, a comfortable working desk, and reliable high-speed WiFi. The building amenities, including the swimming pool and gym, are well-kept and add good value to the stay. Everything was in good working order. I would happily recommend Da Men Subang Jaya USJ and would not hesitate to stay here again on my next trip. It offers fantastic value for money, combining comfort, convenience, and great service for a very pleasant stay.
