TThanh ToanThe hotel was outstanding. The price was great, the staff are nice, the room is big enough. There is service almost around the clock. We enjoyed the stay greatly and will definitely come back when there is a suitable occasion.

Convinient transportation (S-Bahn station near the hotel) to city center and has a nice Chinese Restaurant nearby :P
TTENG LAI YENLocation a bit far from Porsche museum if walking. Surrounding alot public car park lot Free of charge. Hotel's bed low quality compared with other Mercure Hotel, feel disappointed. Surrounding not much restaurants or cafe.
ผผู้เข้าพักReception person was nice enough. Spoke to the ”Chef” a day or so prior to check-in - requested and was given a front facing, lower floor room. Upon check-in given a 3rd room floor with NO couch (where the couch should be) and no chair. Back to reception; given a 5th floor room with SAME result; back to reception. Given a 6th floor room which at least had a chair where the couch should have been - I'll stay here buuuuut mini fridge inop as was the Thermostat. Bathroom water pressure was dismal with no condiments; good I always bring my own. BTW exiting the elevator on the 6th floor: lights were out in the hallway and as I always check the stairway, also dark, told reception who called maintenance who solved the problem.
