"Interesting concept, appealing ambiance – the dark tones take some getting used to, but nothing that would deter us from a return visit. What we believe urgently needs improvement, however, is the attitude of the staff towards their actual employer: the guest. We weren't greeted with a "Good evening" or "Good morning" either at check-in or check-out. That evening, we were greeted by a lady at the reception desk who seemed rather bored, as if she'd been transferred on punishment, and who didn't give off a particularly well-groomed impression. The next morning, a similar picture emerged: Another employee was so busy with her cell phone and laptop that neither a greeting nor eye contact was possible. A smile? Apparently not included in the price. In the end, despite the architectural quality, the overall experience was unfortunately not a truly positive one."
