The property and hotel itself were steeped in history, and was very comfortable and quaint
The staff were the highlight of the stay
They were always smiling, happy to serve, and allowed us a late checkout without any issues

This was a lovely hotel right in the heart of Stratford at a reasonable price. The staff were very friendly. The rooms felt opulent. Importantly they were very warm and cosy necessary during our visit as the weather was pretty poor.
We dined in the restaurant and the food was great.
A tiny ****** was the continental breakfast seemed a little basic. Maybe a variety of bakes and some meats etc. would be good. But for the price it was fine.

Great location and unique stylish decor.
Staff very helpful.
The only down side was the fridge in our room made a continuous low humming noise which kept me awake.

Parking isn't too far but its a bit of a trek if you have heavy bags and cost a tenner. A few cobwebs around high up need getting...but overall clean and comfortable and I slept well. Cant comment on the food as I didnt eat there.

Excellent location in the venue of Stratford Upon Avon.
Staff are friendly.
Cleanliness in the room not the best- dust on all the shiny surfaces like mirrors and light fittings.
Breakfast was very basic.
Overall, disappointing.

Spacious room. Very dark and decor a bit tired. Bathroom smelled a bit foisty and tiles needed a good re-grout but clean and comfortable.

It was within walking distance of the Royal Shakespeare theater and many other local attractions and we enjoyed walking to Shakespeare's birthplace coach station to take a tour of the Cotswolds with Go Cotswolds.
Staff work exceptionally helpful! Very quaint!
Only drawback was the staircases with luggage.
