The hotel is located away from the city center and is located exactly the opposite side indicated by Google Maps. A tram station is right in front of the hotel, if you want to go downtown where parking is difficult. The reception is open 24 hours a day which is very important. The Reception Hall is Open Space for different activities, restaurant lounge bar and a reading area and games room and a TV area. Breakfast is well provided, but as 90% of the client are early risers, if you get there 9:15 a.m., there is almost nothing left to eat and the kitchen service only replenishes the buffet after a severe complaint from a customer. Which is a shame compared to the quality displayed by the hotel. The hotel must see this problem of supplying the buffet at breakfast. This is my observation of two successive mornings. The hotel hasn't'its own car park, but a car park in partnership with Parking Futura is just near the hotel. The car park is closed and secure and paying. There are family rooms for four adults at this hotel. A family room is composed of two independent rooms with a single main entrance and two independent entrances inside. The rooms are comfortable and soundproofed and cleaned and are tidy and clean down to the bathroom.

No service at all. The reception is only available till 7 pm. So if you arrive 30 min later there is nobody to acomodate you not even by telephone. We booked the hotel exclusively for the underground parking but as there is nobody at the desk you cannot enter the parking either. The streets around the appart hotel al full of cars and there is no spot early in the evening. It is also difficult to locate the entrance of the hotel. We had to ask the neighbors as it is an entry for the apartment complex and another entry around the corner for the hotel. Via de email at 18.59 hr you get a message that they leave a credit-card form key for you in a locker that you have to localise inside of the lobby. An old person will not be able to follow these instructions. We found the key but did not enter the room as we first wanted to get the car parked. But as the hotel parking is only open with a remote control you cannot enter if no one is there. The neighbors are nice and let you in, but Néméa parking is blocked by a barrier and you cannot get in. Inside the garage are warnings not to park elsewhere or you are transpassing. So we got so stressed that we decided to leave and book elsewhere last second. It was 20.30 hrs in the meantime and bookings via booking.com did not get through. We had to book in situ. All with all a lot of stress. The people from Néméa were not apologetic that nobody answers the phone after 19.00 hrs not even at 19.30 hr, when we called. You cannot arrange for a parking spot only on the arrival day upon arrival. They do not tell you this nor that it costs you 50 euro extra as deposit that you hope to get back. Either ways, Néméa is not willing to reimburse us. We will definitely never book with them again. And if you come by car, unless you can arrive prior to 18 hr (so that you can be sure you can arrange the parking) avoid this place as well. The area is not safe to leave a heavily loaded expensive car on the streets. Safety first! Booking.com censors this review this is why we place it here❗❗❗

Sinceramente mi aspettavo un soggiorno migliore considerando la catena e invece le nostre aspettative sono state decisamente deluse. Non abbiamo avuto particolari problemi per il check-in online, anzi è stato davvero molto comodo! All‘ingresso della stanza vieni accolto immediatamente una puzza nauseante non identificabile. Le nostra era una stanza per quattro persone ma non c’era nemmeno lo spazio per poter aprire una valigia. La porta di ingresso si apriva ad incastro con il letto matrimoniale. Oltre alla puzza bisogna purtroppo convivere con il caldo asfissiante del soppalco. È stata una notte da incubo nonostante l’aria condizionata accesa. Le lenzuola sono evidentemente sporche e i cuscini sono bassi e scomodi. Il bagno è davvero molto piccolo e se sei più alto di 1.75 metro avrai sicuramente difficoltà nel farti la doccia. La colazione dolce è sufficiente. Quella salata che prevede bacon, uova e salsicce è discutibile. Inoltre, sono certo di non rivedere mai più i soldi che ho utilizzato per acquistare una bottiglietta d’acqua al distributore della Reception. Ho pagato con carta ma non ho ricevuto il prodotto. La soluzione? Chiamare un numero francese a pagamento perché non è gestito dalla catena.

เราพักที่นี่สองคืนและโดยรวมแล้วมีประสบการณ์ที่น่าพัก อาหารเช้ามีเพียงพอ - ไม่ดีเหมือนบางโรงแรมในเครือแต่บริการได้ ครัวซองอร่อยจริงๆ ! ที่จอดรถค่อนข้างรกไปหน่อย เราไปถึงหลัง 2 ทุ่ม ทั้ง 2 คืน ไปถึงจุดจอดรถสุดท้าย ไม่แน่ใจว่าเกิดอะไรขึ้นกับคนที่มาถึงในภายหลัง เครื่องปรับอากาศทํางานได้ดี - ที่สําคัญตอน 133 ออก! เลทdown ใหญ่ที่สุดคือ internet แม้จะมี บางอย่างผิดปกติกับมันจริงๆ เราได้ห้องสุดท้ายที่โถงและแรงต่อเครื่องอยู่ต่ํากว่า 5mbs ping times to router in the hotel are over 200ms. แม้เวลาทํางานจะตัดออกทีละนาที. กับครอบครัว 4 คน และต้องการโหลดวิดีโอสดๆ บ้าง สําหรับทริปต่อไป ที่นี่ น่าผิดหวังจริงๆ และไม่ได้มาตรฐาน IHG ปกติ โดยรวมถือว่าดีมากๆ งดอัดสําหรับวันหยุดครอบครัวแต่ถ้าต้องการอินเตอร์เนตเพื่อธุรกิจที่นี่คงเป็นข้อตกลงที่แย่มาก

เราเพิ่งเข้าพัก 2 คืน เป็นครอบครัว 4 คน มีเด็กเล็ก 2 คน (4 และ 5 คน) ห้องพักสะอาด สะอาด ห้องน้ําในตัว ห้องพักสะอาด สะอาด พนักงานต้อนรับดี จองห้องพักแบบไม่เรียบง่าย บาร์ค่อนข้างสับสนเรื่องอาหารเช้า หรือไม่รวม อาหารเช้า พนักงาน น่ารัก ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส พนักงานต้อนรับดี พนักงานต้อนรับดี พนักงานต้อนรับดี พนักงานต้อนรับดี พนักงานต้อนรับดี พนักงานต้อนรับดี พนักงานต้อนรับดี พนักงานต้อนรับดี พนักงานต้อนรับดี พนักงานต้อนรับดี พนักงานต้อนรับดี พนักงาน โรงแรมอยู่ในทําเลที่แปลกตาใน Petite France แต่จําไว้เพราะอยู่บนถนนคนเดินมีที่จอดรถที่ที่พักจํากัดมากๆ นี้ไม่ใช่ปัญหาเพราะมีโรงรถสาธารณะอยู่ข้างๆ และโรงแรมมีอัตราเงินอุดหนุน 1 ยูโร ตัวอาคารสวยงามและเก่าแก่มีรายละเอียดช่วงต่างๆ มากมาย ห้องพักเก่าแต่มีอุปกรณ์ครบครันและสะอาดและมีเอกลักษณ์(พื้นไม้/คานฯลฯ) ของเราเป็นห้องครอบครัวเลยมีชุดชั้นวางไว้ให้ซึ่งเด็กๆ ชอบมากๆ ประโยชน์เพิ่มเติมของเครื่อง Nespresso ก็ลงได้ดีกับพ่อแม่ที่ติดคาเฟอีน ห้องน้ําก็ใหญ่มากพร้อมฝักบัวที่สุดยอด มีผ้าเช็ดตัวให้อย่างมากมายและอุปกรณ์อาบน้ําของโรงแรมก็มีคุณภาพพอใช้ได้ ก็มีแค่รอยเล็กๆ น้อยๆ ภายในการเข้าพักโดยรวมที่ดี คือขาดที่นั่งและของใช้ในอาหารเช้าทั้ง 2 เช้า และยังห้องของเราไม่ได้ทําความสะอาดทั้งที่เราขอไว้และเราออกไปอยู่ 6 ชั่วโมง โดยรวมอยากแนะนําและมาพักอีก

We had a great stay at this hotel. The hotel is beautifully updated, but still has lots of character. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, though the bathtub/shower is super deep and slippery, making it a little tricky to get in and out of. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet- it is was bountiful and delicious. The best part of this hotel is the location - right in the middle of everything. We walked everywhere and enjoyed taking it all in! Strasbourg is a wonderful town and this hotel puts you in the heart of it all.
