"Brand New Hotel… so new you could still smell the paint. Very clean (it is brand new). Not impressed by front desk. Josh did not acknowledge my Hilton status, no water bottles were given as part of my status. I was having a hard time locating my id (my fault) but Josh was unhelpful & basically told me I could not check in without it which I found hilarious since at most Hilton properties I can skip the front desk entirely with my digital key. For some reason this reservation was not linking to my app… maybe because the hotel is brand new. I will continue to be loyal to Hilton but customer service was lacking. I did not feel welcome which is not what I am accustomed to at other properties."

"I was in the area on a business trip, working with an insurance agency located just north of Stevens Point. During my stay, I chose a hotel conveniently situated right off the highway, which made getting to and from meetings incredibly easy. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything I needed but still quiet and comfortable. The overall value was fantastic; I was genuinely impressed with how much I got for the price. It seems like the property has recently undergone renovations, as everything felt fresh, modern, and well-maintained. From the updated rooms to the clean common areas, the attention to detail really stood out. I had a great experience and will definitely be returning the next time I’m in the area."

"My favorite hotel experience by far!  Friendly front desk staff - my room had all the things I desire in a room: comfy bed & pillows, microwave, fridge, a no step-in shower to a spacious space, a fan i& a night light in the bathroom, and BEST of all, a  (Keurig) coffee pot!!!  The room was very quiet all night as well, which made for a good nights sleep 😊"
