Excellent service from front desk 黄龙 (based on pronunciation) who has assisted us to resolve our in room lighting issue, help us to book steam room, arranged our airport transfer. However, would like to comment the poor breakfast service as the staff refused to replenish milk at 9.35am despite the breakfast ended by 10am.

เราพบว่าที่นี่เป็นโรงแรมที่น่าพอใจ เราไปเมื่อต้นเดือนสิงหาคมและพบว่าโรงแรมเงียบสงบอย่างน่ากลัว อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกค่อนข้างจํากัด เนื่องจากจํานวนคนทานอาหารเช้าน้อย อาหารร้อนจึงเย็น การดูแลทําความสะอาดดีมาก และห้องของเราก็เรียบร้อยทุกวัน คุณสามารถเดินจากโรงแรมไปยังสถานีรถไฟใต้ดิน tashkent หรือนั่ง Yandex ไปยังใจกลางเมือง

Manor hotel -прекрасный отель. Местоположение прекрасное - в центре города. На этой улице , в пешей доступности много бутиков , рестораны с местной национальной кухней , кафе. Вход в отель красивый. Внутри отеля очень красиво, чисто.Номер просто королевский- очень чисто, уютно , красиво. На -1 этаже спа услуги, на 6м этаже ресторан шикарный. Завтрак был включён Мы были с сестрой в отеле . Пошли на завтрак, и был у сестры ДР, её поздравили бенгпльскими огнями и тортиком со свечей. Было очень приятно получить внимание такое тёплое. Были на массаже- девушки просто отличные мастера своего дела. В общем - РЕКОМЕНДУЮ

A wonderful hotel with spacious, bright lobby and decor of traditional Uzbeks, mosaics and colors, which we love. Room is good size and again the prints on the wall, the curtain, all has that local touch ! The only disappointment was, the safe box didnt work, no mini fridge though the description says so. The reception got us a new room, but it was not good as well. The room doesnt look guests ready and air cond wasnt working. And the next day, there was water disruption and no notice was given. Lastly, you can skip breakfast, it wasnt good either.

The room looks big enough if you're traveling alone, but it's got some pretty noticeable flaws. The thing that bugged me the most? The housekeeper never changed my sheets the whole six nights I stayed there! Also the room's super dim, and there's barely any natural light getting in either.

Stayed at Ramada and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff was polite and helpful, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Facilities were good and met expectations, and breakfast was decent with enough variety.

I checked in around 8pm and was greeted by a staff in the evening shift (I did not asked his name). I asked for a SIM card if I could buy in the morning , he said could offer a free just need to top up tomorrow 9am his colleagues will settle. But early morning I was waiting for 9-9:30 there is no one knew about this . I also asked for late check out, he said could extend only til 1pm unless I will need to settle 50% extra and I agreed coz my flight is 22:30pm but in the morning when I came to settle late check out fee, there is again no one know how to do only they said they will check with their manager . I only stayed one night in Tashkent due to my flight need to overnight transit but the team make my stay very unpleasant and not comfortable. Again , I got a friend who come to visit me just 1hr, but the hotel did not allow and that evening staff again , stop my friend and said he can stay inside my room Only 3mn, if late than 3mn, he will call my room number or even send someone . he said this is hotel rule . Omg . The way he replied and did were so unprofessional and rude and very fiere like I am a criminal . Until I complaint and asked to meet manager couple times , he agreed to let my friend stay only 1hr and needed to pay a tourist fee. Bad service , not skilled team and I will never ever come back to this hotel again !

โรงแรมหรูสไตล์เก่าแก่ที่สวยงามมาก แม้ว่าจะไม่ได้รับการปรับปรุงในช่วง 2 ปีที่ผ่านมา แต่มาตรฐานก็ยังคงสูงอยู่ เช่น BMW 5 ซีรีส์ที่ผมขับมาห้าปียังสภาพดีมาก โดยเฉพาะอาหารเช้าที่อุดมสมบูรณ์มากมีผลไม้และอาหารร้อนมากมาย โรงแรมยังสะอาดและถูกสุขอนามัยมากอีกด้วย การบริการก็ดีมาก พนักงานกระตือรือร้นมาก และบริเวณโดยรอบก็ปลอดภัยมาก ฝั่งตรงข้ามถนนมีสวนสาธารณะซึ่งมีร้านอาหารหรู 2 ร้านในสวนสาธารณะซึ่งก็ดีมากเช่นกัน ห่างจากสถานีรถไฟใต้ดินประมาณ 200 เมตรก็สะดวกมากเช่นกัน โดยรวมแล้วก็ดีมากและสามารถพักที่นี่ได้อย่างสบายใจ
