Highly recommended the staff are very accommodating specially ate Gayle she help us alot for our tour to this wonderful place so no hassle and stress free the whole place is nice and clean we enjoy a lot on our stay

ฉันเลือกโรงแรมนี้เพื่อเพลิดเพลินกับทําเลที่ตั้งริมทะเล แต่หน่วยงานแปลก ๆ ของโรงแรมทําให้ห้องพักส่วนใหญ่อยู่บนทางเดินและต้องปิดสวนที่เป็นสวนที่ซ่อนอยู่ โรงแรมมีความสะดวกสบายและสะดวกสบายมาก โรงแรมมีคุณภาพปานกลางและราคาจึงเกิน ขนาดห้องที่เหมาะสม แต่: - ไม่มีเก้าอี้หรือโต๊ะ คุณมีแค่เตียงนั่งกินทํางาน.... - แอร์เสียงดัง ซึ่งไม่อนุญาตให้ทํางานกลางคืนหากต้องการนอนหลับอย่างเหมาะสม -แขวน แต่ไม่มีเสื้อผ้าในนั้น - ตู้เย็น แต่ไม่เย็นหรือแม้กระทั่งทําความร้อน - ไม่มีเจลอาบน้ําในฝักบัว ไม่มีปัญหาเรื่องความสะอาด อาหารเช้าง่ายๆ เสิร์ฟที่ฐาน ไม่ใช่โรงแรมที่ผมจะกลับมาและฉันไม่จําเป็นต้องแนะนําด้วย

We chose this place by reviews and for its location. When we arrived we had to sign an agreement with the property rules which are in abundance: from “no outside food or drinks at the property” to fines for stained towels and sheets. Though there are “shhh” signs everywhere I woke up both mornings of our stay because someone was walking and talking loudly right outside our door. The room is really small close to tiny, there’s no fridge (ok, that’s the type of room without one), the safe didn’t work but the friendly and helpful staff kindly stored our valuables in theirs. The place is beautifully located and the food is ok.

Absolutely cannot recommend this place highly enough. It's a litte further down the sea front but tucked away from the noise while still being right on the water. The room was immaculate and spacious, cleaned everyday and (surprisingly) mosquito-free. The resaurant offers fantastic food at a great price and the whole place has a family run vibe. And it's this that I rate so highly about the place. I was solo travelling over the Christmas holiday and the ladies that run the hotel were so so welcoming and friendly.They offered for me to join their Christmas dinner and kept breakfast open to me 15-20 minutes late so I could catch the 9am dive and still eat when I came back. They were all so lovely, it didn't feel like I was alone over the festive period. If I am ever to visit PG again, I'll 100% be staying at Out of the Blue. Honest Review Pros: - The lady who was in charge (We think she's the manager) is really nice and helpful. - Distance: THIS WAS THE ULTIMATE DEAL. Hotel is near the beach and most of the local restaurants so we didn't experience any problem. (I recommend the cafe and 'Terminal' near the beach 😊) - AC and the room was perfect. It was really hot outside and the temp plus the room felt really homey and comfy - The hotel was really pretty or what we call aesthetic. My baby really liked the designs - Free breakfast and coffee was a good deal, but don't expect too much. - How much we got the reservation for 3d2n. Great offer from this app :) - Staff are nice especially the ones in the restaurant. Wasn't able to ask her name but she was a waiter there and also served our food (afternoon) and the guy who was at the front desk when we checked out Cons: - Service fee. I do understand that this is necessary to support the staff, but if you are on a tight budget it might be better to eat outside (sorry...) - Food was too expensive for the quality and the quantity... I recommend the chicken inasal since it had a big portion. - Room service and cleanliness - Manager said we could ask for a room service and we could just call them of we need one. We called them on our second day and we waited until our stay ended but no onr came to clean 😅 The girl who answered the phone was kinda masungit or maybe it was the tone of her voice. She told me that they are quiet busy at the moment and told me to just wait - I do understand if they're short staffed or something? But the dirt was kinda bothering us already so we just tried to clean the room on our own - Cockroaches and ants. So in connection to my previous review... Yes, there are cockroaches in the room especially the bathroom. It doesn't help that they don't clean the rooms daily. - Breakfast is not a room service. You have to go down to the restaurant and eat it there. - Room view. Our room was in the corner of the hotel. Our view was okay because we are can view the pool... And our neighbors ac unit lmao. On the plus side since the units were emitting hot air, it was easier for us to dry our towels 😂 It was really different from the picture. - Pool was kinda dirty - Overpriced goods. They have a mini store in the hotel but it would be better to pack up snacks or drinks before coming here. - OUTSIDE FOOD ARE NOT ALLOWED. Better be careful when bringing meals in the hotel. Even after listing this, we would still love to come back and stay here. I do hope they give us a better room next time 😅
