Great hotel with good transport links (I think you have the metro, tram and bus all within 10 min walk) but it is worth mentioning that this is slightly out of the centre so it takes about 30 minutes to get in. For business travellers with offices around I guess that dosent matter but for tourists it might be slightly time consuming although the Ruter zone 1 transport pass does cover this so more on time rather than cost for transport here. Breakfast was splendid and I really enjoyed the spread and quality which I think is even better than other 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in Oslo and other parts of EU. Staff in breakfast was great, although reception staff was not the friendliest per se - professional though just not as friendly. I put a DND on my room door twice but both times housekeeping still came to clean my room so I’m not really sure if the signs mean anything. Amenities though was horrendous - nothing except poor quality towels and soap which were a let down. Overall good hotel but definitely more things could be done to achieve the maximum potential.

オスロセントラル駅横に位置するAmerikalinjenは、市内中心部にあり観光にも仕事でもとても利便性の良い立地にあります。ノーベル平和賞晩餐会会場の市庁舎までは、徒歩で15分もかかりません。是非訪れてみてください。またとてもサービスの行き届いた歴史がある由緒正しきホテルです。館内、室内共に装飾、インテリアを見るだけでも素晴らしい。レストランのお食事も素晴らしく、ホテルのお水は世界で販売している程、安心で美味しいお水です。チェックアウトの日が早朝だったのですが、ホテルのスタッフの方がサーモンのベーグルサンドや果物、ドリンクをボックスにして用意して下さいました。素敵な滞在でした。ノルウェーを再訪する際には、また是非とも宿泊したいホテルです。

แน่นอนว่าเป็นส่วนที่พลุกพล่านมากขึ้นของเมือง แต่เราชอบอยู่ตรงกลาง สามารถมองเห็นและได้ยินน้ําพุในสวนจากหน้าต่าง มีระเบียง/ระเบียงชั้นสองเล็กน้อยซึ่งน่าทึ่งมากที่ได้นั่งในยามพระอาทิตย์ยามเย็นขณะจิบไวน์ขาวแสนอร่อยที่ทางโรงแรมจัดให้ เดินไปยังสถานีรถไฟได้ง่ายและโดยรวมแล้วเป็นสถานที่ที่ดีในการเดินไปยังทุกสถานที่ที่เราต้องการไป เตียงสบายมากและเรานอนหลับดีมาก อาหารเช้าตอนเช้ายอดเยี่ยมและมีบรรยากาศที่ดีมาก ฉันไม่อยากจะเชื่อสถานีน้ําผลไม้สดและช็อตเพื่อสุขภาพ...อเมริกาต้องก้าวเกมไปไกลถึงอาหารเช้าของโรงแรม

ตอนที่ฉันจองโรงแรมนี้ ฉันอ่านรีวิวของทุกคนซึ่งมันสุดโต่งมาก มีทั้งรีวิวดีและรีวิวแย่! เมื่อฉันเช็คอินฉันก็เข้าใจว่าทำไม เราจองห้องสแตนดาร์ดไว้ตลอดทริปแต่เราพักสองช่วง ครั้งแรกที่เรามาถึงคือประมาณ 9.00 น. ของวันอาทิตย์ เดิมทีเราคิดว่าคงเช็คอินก่อนเวลาไม่ได้ แต่ไม่คิดว่าทั้ง 4 ห้องจะว่างทันเวลาสำหรับเราหลังจากเที่ยวบินอันยาวนาน ระหว่างที่ฉันพักสองคืนครั้งนี้ ห้องพักมีขนาดค่อนข้างใหญ่และมีเครื่องชงกาแฟด้วย! นอกจากถ้วยสกปรกสองสามใบและความร้อนไม่เพียงพอแล้ว ก็ไม่มีปัญหาอะไร! แต่เมื่อเราเช็คอินครั้งที่สองห้องที่เราได้รับนั้นเล็กกว่าและไม่มีเครื่องชงกาแฟ แต่ก็ไม่สำคัญว่าเราจะพักแค่คืนเดียวเท่านั้น! ปัญหาเดียวคือหัวฝักบัวในห้องอาบน้ำไม่ค่อยดีและน้ำไหลช้ามากและน้ำสะสมง่าย! ยังไม่มีเครื่องทำความร้อน ~ นอกจากนี้ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมดีจริง ๆ ติดกับรถไฟฟ้าใต้ดินสาย 4.5! มีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตแบบร่วมมืออยู่ข้างๆ เปิดจนถึง 23:00 น.

โรงแรมเรียบง่ายแต่สะอาด พนักงานให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมาก ทำเลที่ตั้งเดินจากสถานีรถไฟผ่านห้างสรรพสินค้าได้ง่าย แต่ก็ไม่ได้อยู่ใกล้ใจกลางแหล่งท่องเที่ยวมากนัก อาหารเช้าเรียบง่ายแต่ดีมาก (ชอบครัวซองต์ของที่นี่มาก) ขอบคุณโรงแรมที่จัดอาหารเช้าใส่กล่องให้ด้วย เพราะเราต้องขึ้นรถไฟไปเบอร์เกนแต่เช้าตรู่ 🙂

ขอแนะนําอย่างยิ่ง โรงแรมเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของที่ทําการไปรษณีย์เก่า ตั้งอยู่ด้านหลังป้ายรถเมล์ ห่างจากป้ายรถราง 100 ม. และห่างจากสถานี Oslo Central 500 ม. มีร้านอาหารอยู่ชั้นล่างหรือบริเวณใกล้เคียง ห้องมีขนาดใหญ่พอและมีอุปกรณ์ครบครัน มีเครื่องซักผ้า ราวตากผ้าขนาดใหญ่ ไมโครเวฟ และเครื่องใช้ทั้งหมด มีห้องสาธารณะสําหรับ (บริการตนเอง สะดวกสุดๆ พื้นที่ค่อนข้างใหญ่) สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกในการเก็บสัมภาระและสิ่งจําเป็นทั้งหมด (แพ็คชา ผ้าเช็ดตัว ผ้าปูที่นอน ปลั๊กหู ฯลฯ แม้ว่าจะเงียบในเวลากลางคืน) ทุกอย่างทําในแอพ รวมถึงเช็คอิน/เช็คเอาท์และเปิดประตู อย่างไรก็ตาม ฟังก์ชันการเปิดประตูในแอพบางครั้งไม่ทํางาน ดังนั้นคุณต้องใช้รหัสแทน (ไม่มีแผนกต้อนรับ) นอกจากนี้ คุณต้องผ่านบันไดที่ทางเข้าและทางเดินคดเคี้ยวเพื่อไปยังห้องของคุณ ห้องพักมืดไปหน่อยในตอนกลางคืน (แม้เปิดไฟหมด) สําหรับอ่านหนังสือและเขียนหนังสือ ทีวีตั้งอยู่ในตําแหน่งแปลกๆ

This was the best hotel I stayed at during my recent 20-day trip. It’s perfectly located with stunning views of the city and right next to Oslo Winter Park, making it an ideal choice for skiers like me. Although it takes about 30 minutes by train to reach the city center, you may find it hard to leave the hotel because of its beautiful scenery. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the complimentary coffee, hot tea, and apples available in the common areas. The staff were friendly; we had a lovely chat with one of them for almost half an hour. The breakfast included was quite good as well. The only downside was that the room, especially the shower, was a bit small, but it was perfectly acceptable for the price. I would definitely consider visiting again.

For our stay, we booked a studio apartment at The Sweet. The room was lovely and kitchenette was well-equipped. We were able to cook meals there over the days of Christmas when most restaurants and shops were closed. The location is a little outside of the center- nice and quiet but easy to access public transit. My biggest issue with this hotel was that communication was very… odd. As the booking notes, I called the hotel in advance to schedule my check-in. When my call was answered, I told them who I was and that I was calling to schedule my check in (for a time when the booking said check in is available). I was told no one would be at reception at that time (3pm on Dec 23) and they would text me instructions for how to check myself in. Then she confirmed my phone number and asked for my email address, but when I started to give it, she said, “oh, that’s ok. We can’t use email anyway”. Odd. Before getting off the phone, I had her confirm that I would receive a text the next day with instructions to check in. Our train arrived around 2pm in Oslo and we still hadn’t received a text, so we waited at the train station thinking perhaps they would send the text right at 3pm since that was the time I had requested. At 3, I still hadn’t received anything, so we called the hotel again. A different employee answered from the one I had spoken to the day before. I gave my name and explained that I was calling because I had scheduled check in the day before but hadn’t received the information to check in. The employee asked where I was and told me that there were people staffing reception to help us check in, which I thought was odd because the previous employee told me no one would be there. When we got to the hotel, we rang the bell and got into the building, but reception is apparently in the basement- there is only a very tiny sign that says this- so we missed it and I called them again. A man came up with our keys and got us set to go. We got into our room and it was lovely! About 5 hours later, I got a call from Trip saying that the hotel is trying to contact me because they are wondering why I hadn’t checked in and they don’t have a way to get in touch with me. I was sitting in the hotel room when I got this call. I told the Trip representative that I was checked in and it was fine for her to give my phone and email to the hotel. I know the communication elements have taken up a huge portion of my review and I know they are not the end of the world, but I want to share them because I believe it would be quite simple to avoid situations like this in the future and make the guest experience that much more pleasant at The Sweet. We greatly enjoyed our stay at the hotel overall and thoroughly enjoyed exploring Oslo!
