This is a large 2 bedroom 2 bathroom (1400 sq ft) home with boat parking. This is the perfect space for a family or couples looking for a getaway. We personally do all of our own maintenance and cleaning to ensure your stay is up to our high standards. Our cabin is fully furnished and we offer all the amenities to keep you comfortable during your stay. The cabin has recently been painted, new carpet, new lighting, and 85% of the furniture is new.Living room: Open floor plan with sectional sofa, wood burning stove, 60 inch Smart TV, and bunk beds(upper twin/lower full size).Dining room: Dining room pub style table with seating for 4 (additional barstools at kitchen breakfast bar).Kitchen: Our kitchen is fully equipped to meet your needs. There is a selection of K-cup coffee pods, tea bags, hot chocolate, olive oil, salt, pepper, and spices.Master bedroom: California King size sleigh bed, 55 inch Smart TV, full size closet with hangers and luggage rack. Linens provided for the length of your stay.Master bathroom: Oversized bathtub and separate shower stall. There are numerous waterfalls (30-90 miles away) and hiking trails to explore during your stay. Shasta adventures abound near this inviting 4 bedroom, 2 ½ bath, Tudor style home in Lakehead CA. Enjoy the convenient location on a quiet cul-de-sac. Within walking distance of both grocery stores and restaurants make this an ideal home to spend quality time with family and friends. Walk out the back gate and down the path to the waters edge. Home is located on the Dooney creek cove behind the 5mph buoy. Anchor or beach your boat for the duration of your stay at your own risk. Water levels vary greatly year to year and throughout the summer as they draw the reservoir down. Driveway will accommodate approximately 6 full size vehicles or 4 vehicles and 2 trailers. Additional parking is available in the cul-de-sac on a first come first serve basis. An RV also fits in the side driveway. Water and power can be provided to the RV at an additional charge, but no sewer hook ups are available on-site. The garage is also available for coolers, water toys, and has an additional refrigerator for your use. The well equipped kitchen should provide all the necessary items to get your large group fed. In addition, a gas BBQ and pellet smoker are onsite for the outdoor chef in the group. Most of the days are spent on the water or enjoying the large outdoor deck. But should you need to get out of the heat and into the comforts of the air conditioned house. You will find two separate spacious living areas where groups can relax and beat the heat. At the end of the day choose from one of the four bedrooms. The master bedroom is upstairs and has a king size bed, fireplace, bathroom with shower, toilet, and dual sinks. Bedroom two is located downstairs with a king size bed and easy access to the ½ bathroom. Bedroom three also upstairs offers a queen-bed. The last bedroom upstairs is great for housing the kids with one bunk bed (twin & Full), and a trundle bed (2 twins). These two bedrooms share the remaining full bath. Antlers Marina and Sugarloaf Marina are both located within 1 mile of the home and have public boat launches as well as boat slips for rent, gas docks, and convenience stores on the water. This gorgeous home is located in a private cove of Lake Shasta. This home has it all. The privacy of the cove allows you to moor your boat at the house safely. It is also great for fishing, swimming or just relaxing on the water. The backyard has three levels which tier down to the water. This gem is so beautiful and peaceful that it is a great place to hold family reunions and retreats.Walk outside your balcony and enjoy breathtaking views every day. At night relax around the large fire pit under the stars. After a long day of fun soak into the jacuzzi hot tub for total relaxation. BBQ on your own private deck or relax in your own recreation room, complete with fooseball table,pool table,T.V. and games for the kids. Our gourmet kitchen and grand dining room table allows seating for up to 14-16. Its a great place to gather for family meals or meetings. Lake water behind the home drops depending on the season and when it does it allows for great hiking. Pool is not heated.The property is located walking distance to restaurants and market. This home is located in a private cove of Lake Shasta. Water fluctuates on Lake Shasta. We cannot determine the water level at any given time. Come down to our lakefront cabin on Lake Shasta! Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. We have created a family-friendly space where you can spread out and everyone can find something fun to do. The house is made for all ages to enjoy. We have kids toys, lots of games, Wii, pool table, kayaks, and so much more! We have 4 bedrooms, but enough beds and couches spread out to sleep up to 22 (plus 4 sleeping cots if needed). We have so many different rooms and areas for everyone to have their own space. We have a living room upstairs off the kitchen and dining room so everyone can be together while meal prepping. The living room also has a smart tv and a small area of toys for the younger kids to play with. The deck is right off the living room with 2 grills and several seating areas. We have a swing that fits 3 and a hammock to rest in. We have 4 nice sized bedrooms and 2 large full bathrooms upstairs. We sleep 12 in beds upstairs.Downstairs we have a great room with extra beds, a large sectional, a smart tv, portable crib, Wii and more kid toys. We have a small kitchenette and bar area with an extra refrigerator that you will need with your large family for a longer stay. We have another full bathroom. A laundry room for your needs. The garage has been turned into the ultimate game room. We have a pool table, ping pong table, beer pong table, a card/game table with a couple of leaves so you can expand for more players, and over 50 board and card games. Outside we have 3 picnic style wood tables that can seat over 24 people. We have a fire pit with Adirondack chairs, a basketball hoop, and a small swing set. We also have 4 kayaks for your use. We are a short walk down to the lake.
