This boutique hotel looks cute for its design, but their business practices are dishonest! I felt uncomfortable with how they treated customers. First, the room I received was not what I had paid for based on the pictures in the app. During my one-night stay, they claimed the hotel was fully booked and offered me a “special arrangement” in a secret annex. I was taken aback and suspected it was staff accommodations since I accessed my room through a different door that had a sign. When I inquired further, the hostess told me I received an “upgrade” to a canal view room because they were full. However, this room was tiny and the heating didn’t work at all. That night was freezing, and when I asked if the AC could help regulate the temperature, I learned it was only functional in summer. They didn’t have any portable heaters available either. I was shocked that the heating system was inadequate, especially in Amsterdam during the snow. The hostess later offered to switch me to another “staff” room, which I switched later, but it was still cold, and I had to sleep in my down jacket. If your hotel is fully booked, don’t allow overbooking on platforms and provide customers with staff accommodations; that’s not acceptable business practice!!! While the hostess was polite and they did give me a bag of snacks upon checkout, the fundamental purpose of staying in a hotel is to have a comfortable experience, which this stay did not provide. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Additionally, the hotel is overpriced, charging a premium for a small room that simply isn’t worth it. Think twice before booking here. They should refund half of the money I paid for my night for such a dishonest practice!

Great location clean and basic everything you need but the stairs to the rooms were not for the faint hearted, walls were as thin as paper could hear the guys next door every move and be ready for the cleaners door knocking reminding you that its checkout day even with an hour and a half to go

ห้องไม่ใหญ่ คุณนำอุปกรณ์อาบน้ำมาเอง ไม่มีรองเท้าแตะ ฉนวนกันเสียงไม่ดี และไม่มีกาต้มน้ำร้อน แต่ด้วยราคาประมาณ 500 เยนต่อวันและเดินเพียง 3 นาทีจากสถานีกลาง ก็ถือว่าแซงหน้าโรงแรมหลายแห่งไปแล้ว! ส่วนตัวผมพอใจมากคืนแรกหนุ่มๆข้างบ้านหัวเราะเสียงดังแต่เพราะผมเอาที่อุดหูมาด้วยจึงไม่มีผลกระทบอะไรกับผมเลย วันรุ่งขึ้นไม่มีเสียงก็เงียบมาก ไม่มีกาต้มน้ำร้อน แต่ฉันบอกเจ้านายว่าฉันต้องการดื่มน้ำร้อนหนึ่งแก้ว เขากระตือรือร้นมากและช่วยฉันใช้เครื่องชงกาแฟแบบชำระเงินเพื่อทำแก้วน้ำร้อนให้ฉันโดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย พวกเขาจะริเริ่มให้ความช่วยเหลือหากพบสัมภาระหนักมาก!

เป็นโฮสเทลที่ดีและห้องพักแบบพอดก็สนุกดี มีบางอย่างผิดปกตินิดหน่อย กระดาษชำระหนักมากจนดึงออกได้ไม่เกินครึ่งแผ่นก่อนที่มันจะฉีกขาด จริงๆ แล้วเป็นวิธีแก้ปัญหาที่ง่ายมากซึ่งช่วยเพิ่มความสะดวกสบายในห้องน้ำได้มาก ฉันแนะนำให้พนักงานไปห้องที่สองเพื่อดูว่าฉันหมายถึงอะไร พนักงานชาวไอริชที่บาร์หยาบคายและดุร้ายมาก ซึ่งทำให้ลูกค้ารู้สึกไม่เป็นที่ต้อนรับ ทัศนคติแย่ และเห็นได้ชัดว่าไม่มีความรู้เรื่องการบริการลูกค้าเลย นอกจากนั้นการเข้าพักก็ยอดเยี่ยม

So not sure where to start with this one.. Upon booking I messaged and asked the hotel was it okay to get an early check-in and they said yes it’s all good as I told them we get to Amsterdam for 7.30am they let us check-in our room as soon as we got there we had the secret bookcase room.. Brilliant room beds comfy we then decided to extend our trip a few days changing room to another which was an old lift made into a room Again great idea.. Upon this we still didn’t want to go home so stopped another night but this time In the tram by far my best room it was very big and just brilliant.. all the rooms where really good the hotel it’s self is amazing there’s a bar area and little shop where you can get snacks drinks ect the bathroom is communal and always spotless the showers nice and hot The hotel it’s self is a 10/10 Now for the staff well what can we say they are amazing each and eveyone especially the maintenance man he told us the best places to go and eat and mapped places for us then the female staff Nothing was to much for them and the manager brilliant man Again told us where to go ect The staff make the stay that bit better as you can ask them Anything at all And they so helpful we will 100% be back to stop with the hotel Again just to see the staff… The only negative things I’ve got to say about the hotel is it needs a washing machine and microwave would be good not major but we would of 100% used Them thanks to the hotel for our 5 night extended stop Lisa & ian

The Hotel Library has an unbeatable location and room size! Spacious big bed, enough walking space in the room and nice bath/toilet size too. Location wise it is on the very main road - walking distance of 8-9 minutes from Centraal Station and opposite to the floating Chinese restaurant. The views of the road from our room were really amazing too. Its heater quickly heats up the room. TV is okay size and has few English channels - who doesn’t like to watch a TV in the hotel room before going to bed! Their room service is good - they make the bed and give fresh towels. There are few things that kind of take away one or two stars: - the elevator, though we are happy that they have one, but the one installed is very slow and you have to keep the buttons pressed and if you take the fingers off it stops midway - we asked for top floor since the views are always nicer from a height and they gave us the 3rd floor (top most) however, the hotel must clarify that after 2nd floor there is no elevator to the 3rd floor and to top it up, the stairs to the 3rd floor are so steep they reminded me of exercise called spiderman mountain climbers! - their room service team however do not clean the area around the kettle. We had sugar dropped and used cups kept and they wouldn’t clean on daily basis saying the cups are to be cleaned by the guests - this was shocking! I expect this to be part of cleaning duty irrespective whether i stay one night or four! - TV channels - out of the few that they have most of them wouldn’t air any content and just names of the channel which is quite irritating when you are given only two-thee channels to flip through. Overall i rate it a 3.5 / 5 for the staff at the reception were really polite - all of them! Happy to recommend this!

เป็นการเดินทาง 3 วันที่น่าประทับใจมาก ฉันชอบโรงแรมและพนักงานมาก... พวกเขาต้อนรับคุณที่แผนกต้อนรับด้วยรอยยิ้มที่ใจดี พวกเขามอบแม่เหล็กสองอันให้ตอนเช็คอิน และพวงกุญแจสามอันให้ตอนเช็คเอาท์เป็นของขวัญ ที่ตั้งของโรงแรมอยู่ใกล้กับสถานี Sloterdijk มาก (ใช้เวลา 7-8 นาทีจากร้านอาหาร) ซึ่งคุณสามารถเดินทางด้วยรถไฟ รถไฟใต้ดิน รถราง รถโดยสารสาธารณะ และรถบัสระหว่างประเทศได้ ห้องพักสะอาด พนักงานเปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัวและทำความสะอาดห้องในวันที่สอง เตียงนอนสบายและใหญ่พอ นอกจากนี้ยังมีเตาไมโครเวฟ ตู้เย็น กาต้มน้ำ และถุงชา/กาแฟ... สิ่งที่ขาดหายไปมีเพียงเครื่องปรับอากาศและไดร์เป่าผม... มีพัดลมที่ใช้งานได้แต่ดูเหมือนจะไม่เพียงพอที่จะทำให้ห้องเย็นลง ถ้าฉันมาอัมสเตอร์ดัมอีกครั้ง ฉันจะกลับมาพักที่นี่อีก

เสียงดังมากในเวลากลางคืน ฉันได้ยินเสียงห้องใกล้เคียงเดิน / ล้างห้องน้ํา ห้องน้ํามืดมาก ไม่มีเครื่องเป่าผม ไม่เป็นไรคุณต้องยืมจากแผนกต้อนรับ พวกเขายังมีบริการรับฝากสัมภาระก่อน / หลังเช็คเอาท์ พนักงานดีมาก🙏
