An Excellent Hotel with a Caring Host! We are very happy with our choice! The mattresses are high-quality, we slept wonderfully after a long trip to Sri-Lanka. The terrace is simply our favorite spot! Special thanks to the host for handling a non-standard situation: we originally booked 2 nights, but after the first night, our plans changed. We wanted to explore further into the island and then return to the same hotel 10 days later. The host was very accommodating: he seamlessly split our booking into two parts (the first night and the later night), which was extremely convenient and cost-effective for us. Moreover, he gave us excellent advice on the travel route around the island. What can be improved: neighbour's dog was a little bit noisy in the evening. We greatly appreciate the flexibility and hospitality! I definitely recommend this place.

Great place to stay. Staff were very good and helpful. The breakfast was good. Room size was spacious and it was great to have a choice of AC or calling fan. Great to having a working smart TB too. Choice of minibar options was perfect and at reasonable cost. Pool area was clean and well maintained. Would stay here again.

Sunrise Palace Negombo is about 30 minutes north of the airport. We had a late flight arrival and were met at the airport and safely whisked away to the hotel. We were quickly checked in - a very comfortable beds, clean room and fan/aircon. The neighbourhood was quiet. Breakfast of fruit, toast, egg, sausages and tea was enjoyed on the balcony. We were very well looked after during our short stay.

とても親切で、清潔で、心地いい宿です。安心できる雰囲気のオーナーさんたちなので、女性一人旅にもおすすめします。部屋は隅々まできれいに掃除され、従業員の方々は細々とした相談にも親切にのってくれました。朝ごはんも素朴ながらとてもおいしく、心遣いを感じました。 何より、オーナーさんたちが虐待されていたところをレスキューしたという犬（2匹）と猫（17匹）がとにかくかわいかったです。 とても愛されているようで、人間を警戒することなく近づいてきてくれて、よく手入れされているのがわかりました。 アレルギーがある人が来るときはキャットハウスに入れてくれるそうですので、前もってお伝えするといいと思います。 シャワーがぬるいことだけ残念でしたが……でも金額を考えてもトータルで大満足です。 次にニゴンボに来たら絶対にまた泊まりたいです。本当にいい宿でした。

The hosts were truly amazing. At first, I completely misunderstood them, but they handled it so professionally. We were travelling with our seven‑year‑old, and when we requested transport, they arranged everything seamlessly. We did find some cheaper options, but the quality of the car and the level of service made it well worth it. When we return to Sri Lanka, even just transiting, we’ll definitely stay again.

Overall, Suite 262 Hotel provides a pleasant stay with its convenient location, attentive service, and the added allure of a private courtyard pool.

We had a room with two double beds and an AC, this was perfect for our family of 4. We landed in Sri Lanka at 9 pm and just needed to place to sleep before we officially began our holiday. The lady working at the frontdesk was very kind. We also got bottled water in the room, which was amazing since we did not stop at a shop before heading there. We arrived at night and left again in the morning, so we are not sure if there are shops or restaurants around this area.

The hotel is in a great beachfront location with a decent size pool and plenty of restaurants to explore by foot. I ate dinner in-house once which was good and arrived quickly. The room I had booked was fan-only and fine for me. Breakfast was great and staff went out of their way to fulfill my expectations. I received a kettle as I stayed 8 nights and wanted to drink tea on my balcony. The most notable aspect really is the friendliness of the entire team. Everyone is really genuinely pleasant and made me feel at home.

The price was great for what you get — a simple, no-frills place to rest while exploring Colombo. I’d recommend this hostel to budget travelers and backpackers looking for a friendly and affordable stay.

Fiz a reserva para o dia errado e mesmo assim me receberam com todo atenção e disponibilidade. A cama é maravilhosa e o banheiro muito bom. Vista boa para o jardim. Boa localização, perto de restaurante e mercado. Recomendo e voltaria novamente.
