In 2 bedrooms there are 180x200 cosy box-spring beds for up to 2 people, in the 3rd bedroom there is a 140x200 box-spring bed.The living room has a dining area with a large dining table for up to 8 people and a couch, seating area with Smart TV incl. free Netflix account and a Playstation 4 with various games.The couch can be folded out as a sofa bed and, with its modern folding function including slatted frame and mattress, offers space for 2 people on an area of 140x200.The kitchen has everything you need for cooking: Cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer compartment, dishwasher and coffee machine as well as pots, pans and cutlery, of course. There is a shower and bathtub in both bathrooms. There is also a washing machine in the flat and a tumble dryer in the basement.Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock ohne Aufzug und ist über 2 Stockwerke verteilt.
