Must pay attention when you drive into this hotel. It was norrow entrance and short distance with slow down speed bump. Drive slowly and carefully. Check in area and breakfast area was very small. Typical motel looked outside and hallway. The rooms door and hallway carpet and curtains need improvement. Surprisingly inside the room was clean and no smell and looked like the pictures on the website. Parking and basic breakfast was included. Couple fast food restaurants next to the hotel. You won't get hungry. Overall was a good two nights stayed.

Service was excellent. Mandy, general manager, was a less than desirable experience. As a patient at Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center we were chastised for stripping down our bedding. There was no housekeeper available & Mandy made us feel like children for choosing to ***** our own bedding. At the time, getting rest in-between treatments &testing, getting rest was important. It was easier & quicker to make our own bed asap vs waiting for a housekeeper. Despite this experience, we will consider staying here again as it was just over a mile from this hotel. Kudos to Alex, the weekend Manager, and the main maintenance person, together, they made us feel valued as a customer. They provided excellent customer service, support & were able to compensate us for some of the costs with our final bill. Alex, the weekend Manager,nand the Maintenance person

My husband thought it was dirty he found dust on the lamp base. Probably when they vaccumed it spewed dust back out. You don’t get much for $200 these days but it was walking distance of Ruth Chris steak house. Parking cost us $60 for 2 cars that was ridiculous on top of the over priced room but the breakfast was very satisfying.

I stay here pretty often and never have issues or complain. Unfortunately this stay was not so clean. The handicapped shower, which was not needed, still had black stuff on the floor and the Handicapped chair u put in the shower looked like it had **** on it still. Also the info about the hotel says they have a laundry facility on site but the front desk said they didnt have a my any. Now the beds are always clean and comfortable , and fir the most part the whole room is clean and quiet

พนักงานก็ดี ไม่มีรถรับส่งโรงแรมก่อน 6 โมงเช้า และนั่นเป็นเหตุผลที่ฉันพักที่นั่นต้องจ่ายค่าแท็กซี่จากกระเป๋า แต่ทางโรงแรมได้ช่วยจัดการเรื่องบริการไปสนามบิน เมื่อเช็คเอาท์มีปัญหากับแขกคนอื่นทําให้ฉันไม่มีเวลาเช็คเอาท์ดังนั้นจึงยังไม่มีใบเสร็จหรืออีเมล เนื่องจากพนักงานอยู่บนโทรศัพท์ อาจต้องใช้พนักงานมากขึ้นเนื่องจากเวลาของพนักงานยุ่งกับเรื่องอื่น ตอนไปรอแขกอีกคนมาเช็คอินรอด้วยและต้องจากไปก่อนถึงจะได้รับการช่วยเหลือ ห้องพักโอเคเก่าแต่ราคาดี ฉันจะไม่อยู่อีก

The workers were friendly for the most part and the facility was not bad. My boyfriend And I stayed reserved a room for three nights. I guess since we were staying three nights, housekeeping wasn’t supposed to clean our room, which was fine. We didn’t mind, but I went down And asked a staff member for fresh towels, and sheets. As I was changing the sheets, I spotted a huge bedbug!! So I got to looking In the Mattress found three Iive bedbugs. I killed them myself and showed them to the lady at the desk. Obviously, I got really freaked out and could not sleep for the rest of the night. I finally gave up trying to sleep and just checked out at 5am. I would’ve left early than that, but I did not want to be out in that part of Nashville so early in the morning so I waited Until daylight before I left. The staff member did not offer to give me a new room or refund my money. She said she Let her boss know. She Didn’t even try to apologize on behalf of the Hotel. I’m very disappointed in the way The employee handle the situation. As disgusting as bedbugs are, I would’ve understood if she Would have even acted as if she cared. All she said was that it was probably because they Had had an exterminator out there Earlier in the week And it was probably just leftover from the exterminator spraying and stirring things around. I’m going to Call and speak to the manager Monday to Make sure he’s aware of the situation and let him know that his Employee did not handle the situation properly. Honestly, I feel like I should be refunded for the last night. The only reason I stay there is because I could not leave in the middle of the night and also because I did not want to pay for a room at different hotel room when I had already paid for that one. Times are hard and My husband and I were just visiting family. We could not afford to throw money around And go to a different hotel room.

It was nice for the price the bed was comfy .. the only thing that was wrong the fridge didn't work but other than that it was good
