Our experience with this beach resort is really far from what we were expecting. First of all, the staff there did not even show a single sign of hospitality. The moment we got there, we were standing for almost a minute looking for the person in charge, only to find them sitting at the table watching us with no expression and then just asked us the name on the booking, which I found rude and really not the right way of welcoming a guest. Second of all, we originally booked a family room with two double decks, but what was given to us was two double decks and one single bed. They could've informed us of the sudden change and we would surely understand, but no—we just knew it the moment we got inside the room. There are other things that were not informed to us, like the usage of the refrigerator. We were not informed that the refrigerator is for sharing. The ref was already full and they still wanted us to share it. They could've informed us in the first place so we would leave room. We paid 250 per night for ref usage, which I found outrageous. There are things I want to add that I did not like, like the rope they set up to put your wet clothes near where the table is placed, and it is not really ideal since clothes are dripping everywhere, especially on the table. The faucet is something they did not even give time to replace, and I found it disgusting. Every time I have to touch the faucet, I feel a greasy feeling and an unpleasant smell. Nevertheless, the price is quite cheap and affordable, and the beach is only a few steps away. I just hope they train their staff to be more hospitable and teach them proper manners, because even until the time we left the resort, no one showed up to say goodbye or thank us for our stay. We simply left as if nothing had happened.

Very basic room with a comfortable bed. But definitely overpriced for what you get. Breakfast was simple and basis. There were enough choices to pick from. Covered parking was nice since it was raining.

I would like to commend Lee in the Restaurant for being so friendly and giving me an excellent customer service also the guy in Front Office he is really friendly, knowledgeable in his job. HOWEVER 1. The property has poor amenities. For instance, no bottled water but instead they prepared an empty container for you to get the water in the restaurant in water dispenser as really like a dorm or bed space set up or hostel set up. 2. You do not have toothbrush and toothpaste 3. No slipper 4. No floor towels anywhere. I was thinking if Subic Park Hotel is now a hostel but when I checked it is a Hotel with a hostel set up. There are some properties inside Subic with cheaper prices but with complete amenities. Just saying. Kudos to employees here by the way. They are delivering excellent customer service even the property has poor service.

ทางไปเบญงเองเลยค่อนข้างซับซ้อนแต่เดินทางไปรถง่าย ภายนอกและสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกเก่าและเก่าแต่อยู่ติดทะเลเลยมีข้อดีคือออกไปชายหาดได้ตลอดเวลา เมื่อคุณมาเที่ยวแบบครอบครัว เด็กๆ ไปเล่นทราย มีสระว่ายน้ําเล็กๆ ไม่อนุญาตให้นําอาหาร น้ํา และเครื่องดื่มมาได้จากภายนอก ควรใช้ บาร์ และร้านอาหารในรีสอร์ท ต้องเดินไปประมาณ 100 เมตร ถึงร้านสะดวกซื้อ 1 ร้าน อาหารส่วนใหญ่จะเพลิดเพลินระหว่าง 2 คน และ มีค็อกเทลตอนกลางคืนและวิวทะเลดี แต่ควรเตรียมตัวให้ดีเพราะมีแมลงและยุงเยอะ

Nice staff especially the ***** Woman. However the Owner is asking ridiculous prices in cash if you wanna extend. While if you just extend it online its way cheaper. This isn't smart in my opinion. And keep in mind that there is a *** bar in the building. So if your allergic to noice find another place. Also pool is closed. I don't know if permanent. Wifi is fast.

We had a great family stay at subicrainbowlandhotel the location is excellent very near to mall, market and many attractions in olongapo. Service is 5/5,staff are very friendly and accommodating especially sa aming lahat. Cleanliness is good and room was comfortable. Amenities are good for families. Highly recommended for may family vacation.,we will definitely come again
