We had such a warm and memorable stay as a mum travelling with my adult daughter, all thanks to our wonderful host, Mr Doldam and his lovely wife, Sue. Communication was so easy as they speak English well, and they thoughtfully shared helpful tips on places to visit around Jeju, which made our trip even more enjoyable. We accidentally stayed out past 9pm and missed our bus, and our host kindly came to pick us up from the village stop about 10 minutes away—something we truly appreciated. They also helped send us off to the bus stop for our airport transfer, making everything feel smooth and well taken care of. Breakfast was a real treat too—simple and wholesome, especially the homemade bread and tangerine jam 🍊 It truly felt like being welcomed into a home, not just a place to stay. Thank you!

Check in here was challenging as there was no one at reception when we arrived. I got in touch with a Trip representative who managed to make contact with the team and someone soon came out to meet us. Dan and Jin were lovely and it was a bonus that they spoke English. They also gave us some great recommendations for food and drink spots! The undercover outdoor tub was a great facility while it was rainy and grey. Kitchen and cooking facilities were basic but sufficient. Location is a little remote, you’d definitely want a car if staying here. All ‘round a great stay!

My staying in the hostel was great!! We had some issues about the check in but everything went good. Breakfast is simple and delicious, the rooms are very clean and the position great for those who want to go to Udo island!

Die Gastgeberin ist eine unglaublich nette Frau. Das Zimmer war ordentlich sauber, und die gemeinschaftsbereiche ebenso. Aber das allerbeste war morgens das Frühstück. Es war abwechslungsreich, warm und mit Liebe vorbereitet. Das Spiegelei war von außen durch und von innen flüssig. Und sie klopfte jeden Morgen kurz vor 8 a die Tür und und sagte auf ein sanften Ton Bescheid, dass das Frühstück fertig ist. Ich fühlte mich wirklich wie bei meine Großeltern. Vielen lieben Dank!

제주국제컨벤션센터와 무척 가까운 곳이었으며 중문관광단지와 서귀포로 이동도 편리한 호텔이었습니다. 호텔 직원분들과는 체크인-아웃, 식사에 관해서만 대화를 나누었지만 모두 친절했습니다. 아무래도 여러 관광객이 오가는 곳이다 보니 짐을 올려놓는 작은 테이블의 시트지가 손상되었고 샤워기 호스에 물때가 끼어 있었습니다. 그 이외의 객실 내부는 청결하고 주차장도 주변 다른 호텔과 비교하여 지하 진출입로도 넓고 편리했습니다. 호텔 바로 옆에 편의점도 있고, 도보 5분 이내에 식당들이 있어 출장 숙박이나 단기간 여행에는 좋은 선택이 아닐까? 생각합니다. 호텔 주변에 이른 아침부터 식사하는 곳이 드물어 호텔 조식을 주문 (전일 22:00 시까지) 했는데, 집밥이 생각날 정도로 좋았습니다. 아침 식사는 일찍 이동하시는 분들에게 추천해 봅니다.

ความประทับใจที่เรามีต่อโรงแรมนี้ถูกทำลายลงอย่างสิ้นเชิงด้วยการบริการที่แย่มาก คืนนั้นเราลืมกุญแจไว้ในห้องโดยไม่ได้ตั้งใจ และเข้าห้องไม่ได้จนถึงเช้า ไม่มีพนักงานอยู่ที่โรงแรมเลย เราพยายามโทรทุกเบอร์และกดกริ่งทุกอัน แต่ไม่มีใครรับสาย ประตูมีระบบล็อคแบบรหัส ดังนั้นแค่บอกรหัสก็เปิดประตูได้แล้ว แต่พนักงานกลับไม่รับสายเราเลย เราจึงต้องนอนข้างนอกโดยไม่มีที่นอน ดังนั้นหากเกิดเหตุฉุกเฉินใดๆ ขึ้น ก็จะไม่มีใครจากโรงแรมมาช่วยเหลือหรือแก้ไขปัญหาให้เราเลย นี่เป็นสิ่งที่ยอมรับไม่ได้อย่างสิ้นเชิง

The location of this hotel is incredible! I literally watched sunset from the comfort of my bed! The hotel itself is quite local and quite humble - simple but clean. The rooms are over 3 floors - the top 2 “floors”are just a façade wall 😅 Parking was convenient and free. Don’t miss having breakfast or an anytime coffee at the adjacent Café the Light - the pastries, the ambience and the views are wonderful and hotel guest get a discount on drinks.

ห้องพักมีห้องครัวและระเบียง แต่ฉันไม่เคยใช้เลย ห้องพักเก่ามากแต่กว้างขวาง พอฉันกดชักโครกเสียงน้ำก็เหมือนจะระเบิด ทำเลที่ตั้งดีมาก เดินไปซองซานอิลชุลบงได้สะดวก ขับรถไปท่าเรือแค่ 5 นาที เหมาะมากที่จะไปอูโดแต่เช้า เพราะคนน้อย พอฉันกลับมาตอนเที่ยง ท่าเรือก็แน่นขนัด ห้องร้อนมาก ฉันเลยเสียบปลั๊กแอร์ แต่ไม่มีรีโมทเปิด เลยเปิดประตูระเบียงแทน กลัวว่าตอนเช้าจะมีเสียงดัง แต่วันรุ่งขึ้นก็เงียบ

Maybe the hotel was great 10 years ago, but it really needs some maintenance now. The floors show clear signs of water damage, the walls and curtains are stained, and the bedding had several holes. The apartment also felt quite empty.. there were no bedside lamps in the master bedroom, so the only option was to switch the main ceiling light on and off. There were also no luggage racks. The kitchen looked spacious but was barely equipped: just a few plates, one pot, one pan, and minimal cutlery, which felt disproportionate to its size and all the empty cupboards. The apartment itself is very large, which is a plus, but be aware that they may lock doors to unused rooms in your unit if you only booked a one-bedroom suite. This isn’t clearly mentioned during booking. And finally, just a heads-up: you might encounter very large cockroaches. The drainage opening in the master bathroom is so big that they can easily crawl through. That said, the service staff were genuinely kind and helpful.
