I was alone and needed help, Mila at reception was not only helpful, but she adds a touch of warmth in an otherwise cold day. Very much appreciated Mila! 2 mins walk from Gare, perfect!  Cons: no kettle / cups in room, but they provide hot water at breakfast area.  Not many surface tops / shelves for storage. A small desk only for one laptop. Even the bathroom has no shelves for amenities.

Lyon is a city of stairs and hills, and this hostel is near the top of one, 15 minutes from any metro stop on foot. Lyon is a city for walking, though. The shared kitchen was nice, but often very crowded, especially around dinner time. The capsule beds in the dormitory were fine, comfortable and quiet. My locker's door didn't quite work, so I had to stow my valuables with the front desk during the day. Staff was young, pleasant, and helpful. While most of the guests were backpackers, there was a minority of older travelers, often staying in rooms.

Очень любезный персонал, отличное местоположение: чистый, красивый, тихий район. Близко от ж/до вокзала, много магазинов (в т. ч.. продуктовых). Рядом метро, но мы не пользовались. Прекрасный чистый номер, удобный матрас и новое постельное белье.

Far from the airport. Got a bus (47) and the stop was about 5mins walk away but not very accessible with a big suitcase! The woman at the desk didn't speak much English so took a while to book in.. My room was upstairs and no lift so had to lug my suitcase upstairs... very thin walls/floors so could hear everything. Also the shower was not able to be put on the wall so you would of had to hold it whilst showering?? I stayed one night and just avoided the shower. You get what you pay for I suppose, okay for a one night stopover but otherwise you in the middle of an industrial estate so no amenities close! (except for the breakfast)

The staff were helpful, professional and friendly. The price was decent. The room was a bit cramped and the bathroom/shower unit was less than ideal.

ห้องมีขนาดเล็กมาก ห้องละ 6 คน ที่อยู่อยู่ครึ่งทางของภูเวียย ขึ้นไปเป็นวิหารพระแม่มารี ลงไปเป็นถนนสายเก่าและโบสถ์ใหญ่ ถนนสายเก่ามีของกินเยอะ แต่ปีนเขาเหนื่อยมาก มีอ่างล้างหน้าในห้องเท่านั้น และห้องน้ําและห้องน้ําใช้ร่วมกันด้านนอก นอกจากนี้ยังมีร้านอาหารและจุดชมวิวในล็อบบี้ซึ่งก็ไม่เลว
