Usual standards for a hilton hotel, clean room, comfy bed, great hot food choice for breakfast, how ever ypu get a better pastries choice in Premier inn hotels and their cheap even whwn paying for breakfast separately

Amazing stay for the night after a long flight! The service is amazing and the staff is really helpful and welcoming. Will definitely stay here again for my next late night travels.

Currently the very large reception/lounge is under renovation work so not looking it's best and the bar may well be out of action. Our room was satisfactory however our shower was very low pressure so overall it was feeling a little tired. Location couldn't be better really as it's about 200m walk from the terminal

I often use this hotel when entering and leaving the UK. Great location, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast from 4am, enough time before my flight.

Arrived got a warm welcome from reception (Jessica) Quick and fluent check-in Got to my room 4th floor nice view of runway and corner of harrods biz ramp CLOSEto airport for an early morning departure Breakfast starts at 4am BUT bit of a disappointment Coffee machine Luke warm water cooked breakfast HOT PLATED not that hot Except for the Breakfast A GOOD THUMBS UP 9/10

A 10 min walk from the bus station Very clean with everything you need for an overnight stay. Friendly staff. Breakfast from 4 am perfectly adequate.

Ok it was New Year’s Eve No Bacardi in bar No cooked breakfast from 4am. It was 6 am Blood on toilet seat Creaky bed No extra pillows

Hotel is in perfect location 5mins from terminal, book in and out really quick good service,room very good clean and amenities really good and breakfast really good everything you could want for a good start to the day

Fabulous! Room was super comfy and breakfast starting at 4am was wonderful - both able to fill ourselves up before our 8am flight

The hotel’s location was ideal near to airport, and the customer service was excellent. However, the room was average, with very poor water pressure in the shower and a blocked basin. Additionally, the breakfast did not meet expected standards.

Confirmed the breakfast time is from 4 to 11am but the restaurant is closed at 10:40am. Even a cup of coffee is not allowed to be provided. Very disappointed.

It’s a slight longer walk to the terminal compared to Radisson Blu but we chose this hotel as it’s newer. It doesn’t have an indoor pool unlike the Radisson.  The queen accessible room we stayed in was big and seeing the planes from the room was cool but the water from the shower goes everywhere and makes it slippery. My son slipped from this. The hot water barely worked in the room.  The best part about the hotel was the friendly lady working at breakfast and the waffle machine where you can make your own waffles.
