Alles war super, Essen, Bus in der Nähe, Zimmer waren sauber, Personal sehr nett

We spent the whole week in the hotel with 25 kids and three teachers. Everything was perfect. The staff were polite and kind to the kids. The food was good and healthy, and the rooms were clean and tidy. I heartily recommend this place for a school trip.

値段に対するサービスはとてもいいです。 朝食はクロワッサンを含むいくつかのパンとトマトときゅうり、数種類のチーズとハム、ジャム類とゆで*にヨーグルトシリアル、コーヒーマシンとジュースマシンという必要なものは揃っています。りんごとオレンジも。 部屋は広く、バルコニー付きです。ドライヤー、石鹸付き。冷蔵庫もあります。タオルも毎日交換して下さり掃除もしてくれます。チェックアウトも鍵を箱に入れるだけという簡単さ。屋上プールもありますが寒かったので利用しませんでしたが小さくて可愛らしいプールです。 残念な点は設備の古さと近所の工事による騒音。 トイレの水洗ボタンが壊れていました。流せますがつねに水の音がします。シャワーヘッドも少し壊れていて使いにくかったです。エアコンはついておらず、昼はともかく夜は少し寒かったです。何よりきつかったのは騒音。朝から夕方くらいまで目の前で工事をしておりガタガタと揺れも感じます。その他、夜に人が騒いでいてうるさかったです。（都会だからでしょうか）値段を考えると基本的にはいい宿だと思います。

The staff was really helpful. The room was very cleaned and the view from the hotel was amazing.

Fantastic- we cannot wait to come again. I contacted the hotel and for a very small fee they would provide tea/coffee/milk/ kettle. These were in our room on arrival. Sonia even bought my daughter a specific breakfast as she has lots of allergies. We cannot be thankful enough for this! The hotel even arranged our transfer to and from the airport- incl child seat so we didn’t have to lug this around the purport! The hotel is Very traditional,warm welcoming- nothing was too much trouble. There is a lift too! The location is central and easily accessible to buses, taxis or walking along the beautiful paths! Sonia on reception is fantastic and communication before our stay was exceptional!

Terrible experience! The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. All the staff extremely rude and discourteous. The cleanliness of the room pitiful! For three days they did not clean my bathroom and I had to go to the front desk to inform! Also, even for breakfast ( which I had paid for) they never gave me lactose free and gluten free products ( which I had requested more than once as soon as I arrived l check in and even in the following days). The room handle was broken and could not be opened properly and the air conditioning did not work! The bathroom soap was leaking...in short they don't fix anything! I highly do not recommend!

We stayed at this property yesterday 29th August under the name of Marjorie E to celebrate my friend birthday. In the evening when we are coming back to the hotel there's a lady in reception name Fhera (african lady) asked us which room were staying we told her the room number where we staying and she checked how many people stayed there she found out the reservation is only for 2 people however one of our friend come along with us she informed us in a rude way that our friend is not allowed to go in the room which we understand, with that being said our friend sit in hotel lobby waiting for us to come down from the room. While were heading to our room Fhera from reception still talking to my friend a minute ago my friend called me and telling that this Fhera is asking her to leave in the building and threatening her that she will call police. We don't have any problem with hotel facilities only the rude staff that you have please review the cctv camera on how she talk to my friend date 30th August at around 00:00 hrs. This is first and last to stay in this hotel even we will not recommend this to our friends.

Allegro hôtel est très bien placé, le personnel est très convivial et chaleureux, surtout quand c’est Vera qui est à l’accueil, leurs services proposés (petit déjeuner, piscine) est super !! Si vous venez à saint julian’s à malte, je vous recommande cet hôtel !

Anche se in piena movida l'hotel è in una posizione ottima. Non si sente nessun rumore anche se vicino a molto locali aperti la notte. Personale disponibile e gentile. Capiscono e parlano italiano. Colazione essenziale. Pulizia delle camere che potrebbe migliorare con poco. Posizione strategica per i mezzi pubblici che funzionano benissimo.

NIGHTMARE - AC doesnt work, when you kindly tell them reception girl is smilimg while telling you she wont help you, and you need to sleep in more than 30* and maybe next day they will fix it, si they did but then AC was out of order again, and they dont care, next time I wasnt so kind becouse I knew I had to sleep in the sauna again… but still Inwas still focued on a problem. Breakfast are very poor its better to go to the bakery so breakfasts included its not an advantage. Not everyone from the office was so rude like dark-skinned woman with pigtails but this one was also difficult to communicate becouse of english not good enaugh to work at the hotel in the europe. Free wifi is fine, and bathroom design is fine
