Just close your eyes and check into Lemon Tree Hotel at Srinagar !! It is one of the friendly, safe and warm hospitable places that I have stayed in so far. The team there led by Mr.Shafdar Imam made our stay an exciting and memorable one. Safdar is very warm and a knowledgable person. He connects with his guests very well. He gave us the much needed confidence and assurance to move around and see the beautiful places without any worry. In fact, he shared his number and was constantly in touch with us through the week to check if we were comfortable & feeling fine, even tough we were in other locations. I loved the way he took extra efforts to make us and others feel at home. Thanks a ton Safdar. Each of the staff members that we met were friendly, helpful and encouraging. We were really delighted and will treasure those moments forever. We were impressed by the care and customised offerings of Chef Ali, Rajesh Thakur, Satish, Vishal Kashish and Kumar. Their spread of fare was good and suited all kinds of tastes. Asif, Ayan and Aqib ensured that we were fed up (pun intended) well with huge proportions and variants of delcacies - both listed and unlisted. The staff at the front desk comprising of Fathima, Suhail and Owais were courteous and perceptive. They offered us ***y tips that made our tour quite an eventful one. Thanks to Owais I could complete an important exam on line in a quiet ***ner and passed with good scores. I understand that Lemon Tree at Srinagar is a chosen place for celebrities and we were lucky enough to meet some of the stars of Bollywood and the cricketers of Punjab. We hope to do more in our next visit. I wish I had more than 5 stars to offer here. They have won our hearts and love in a big way. Thank you all !!! Dil Se.

Having great time experience at lemon tree. Staff is commendably professional. Thanks to Mr Imtiyaz for smooth and on time services, rest of the staff is also very cooperative and friendly. Loving food and hygiene of this hotel. 5 star rating with whole heart.

We stayed here at lemon tree hotel and it was an amazing experience for us. Variety of breakfast options and the staff was very hospitable. Big thanks to Danish who assisted us during breakfast time and is very polite. The hotel is very well located closer to lal chowk market and dal lake.

Great location really pleasant stay Hera in this hotel . All the staff membesrs are really helpful and good skills . Food was very good . They a lot us the front side room the view was really good . I liked the welcome drink they served us when we checked in . All the front desk membesrs are helpful in nature thanku

The hotel is conveniently located from Dal Lake and the attractions around Dal Lake (about 15 mins drive) and it is situated in a quiet residential area with good views of the mountain. The decor inside the hotel is very tastefully done and we preferred to take the stairs to soak into the nicely done wall hangings and the overall decor. Service levels are excellent; we found that the central heating was not heating our room to our comfort and requested for a small portable heater which they immediately arranged. Overall you get the typical lemontree experience : efficient & comfortable.

Nice hotel well accomdation well hygenic nice staff beautiful pleasent view food quality was also very good and hygenic.its recomended for you to visit the hotel .room service was also nice.peace of mind ..washroom and living room was also beautiful.

Few things I want to specifically highlight: 1. Staff was very nice. Very courteous. All the staff, were just too good with their knowledge, empathy and other soft skills. 2. Citrus cafe food was just too good. Chef Ali made food that was loved by my kids and he constantly come out to check if everything was ok. Asif who was serving us was extremely soft spoken and accommodated all our requests, since we had come with kids. 3. Rooms were nice clean and well lit. If you are planning to visit Srinagar, do stop here. No need to look anywhere else.

To start of with, the embiance of the place was exclusive, smelled great. The food was fantastic with Kashmiri delights and international spread. Most importantly the staffs were amazing. The ***agers ***aged their team well and the team was also young and passionate on their job. Looks like the team has new graduants from tourism industry who are having their first job here. They are doing a wonderful job, also to particularly mention Mr Asif, who could convere in English very well always checked on our experience genuinely. The staffs didn't expect or de***d tips unlike other places. I would definitely come back !
