Location is very good - right in the Dal lake area. Hotel is not maintained well though. The room and amenities did not appear to be regularly cleaned. Service was so-so. Since we were in for fist a night halt - we ***aged. There are a number of eateries around - food is not a problem

I had been with my friends and families ***** with teenage kids in the third week of May 2023. This is a perfect location to get a beautiful view of Dal Lake from our room balcony. The Hotel Shah Abbas is a very dirty hotel to stay , very old hotel, no proper maintenance. No cleanliness, very rude staff and horrible kitchen.

Me and my family stayed here in for 5 days and not a day went by where we did not waste our 2hrs approx fir wifi issues or waiting for Tea. They literally took 2hrs for sending Tea to our rooms Very dirty rooms and bed linend. And Worst part was, the hotel ***agement hardly cared about the complaints. They did not even bothered to open the gates in the morning when we already informed that our checkout will be early morning. Worst place...dont ever book this place.
