Wow. 100% the best holiday rental I have ever stopped in. My wife and I were celebrating our 1st wedding anniversary in Las Vegas when we took a night off to come here. The change of pace in Springdale is about as opposite as you can get to Vegas and it truly was the relaxation we needed. Of course the photos are amazing on the listing but I was convinced that all the high reviews were due to the views. The views are no doubt amazing and hard to process as real as someone from a major city in England, but the actual rental itself is just brilliant. The architecture and design to allow the views needs to be commended. The space is actually far bigger than I expected, we allocated ourselves a morning balcony to enjoy the views with croissants and coffee from Farmstead down the road and then switched for the evening balcony for the hot tub and a few drinks. The soft touches are beautiful and so much thought and attention has gone into this place to make it feel like a home from home as opposed to somewhere dedicated to short stays. (I would live there in a heartbeat and should a lottery win happen they can expect a private bid). We had such an exciting trip planned for our return to Vegas but we have truly never been so gutted to leave a hotel or rental as we were for this one and left it to near enough the exact minute for checkout time. The person I had interaction with regarding the booking was absolutely brilliant from the get go, so personable and provided us with some fantastic recommendations for food drinks and conveniences. I condemn all UK airlines for not flying directly into St George Airport as I would likely come here a few times a year, staying specifically at Zion Sage Suites if they did!

The attention to detail is incredible. Each space is so luxurious, I wanted to move in. I even took photos of the decor to buy for my own home because the interior decorator did such an incredible job. The perfect place to stay as it's so centrally located. From the winery downstairs, an e-bike rental shop across the street, Feellove Coffee across the street with the best breakfast, pastries, and burritos, and a speakeasy in the same building across the street that stays open late, it's the perfect space! We were all impressed with the attention to detail- all the way down to the Master Chef knives. There wasn't a corner that didn't feel luxurious, beautiful, and useful. They even have a (very, very nice) washer & dryer for you to use!

My stay at Zion Sage has been breathtaking. Each morning I've been excited to wake up and see the magical views outside each window. My adventures in Zion each day were easily enjoyed knowing I got to end the day with more views of the magnificent red rock from the private hot tub on the balcony. The Zion Sage is luxurious, but also comfortable and cozy, and fits perfectly with the magnificent views. I stayed here with a group of close friends and we had a blast in the common areas but still got privacy in our private bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms. This space was so fun with friends, but would also be great as a romantic get away, or a family vacation. I think kids would especially like the loft bed and the easy access to exploring nature right outside the door. Rooms: Super comfortable beds and pillows, with breathtaking views. I enjoyed waking up and lying in bed observing the red rock cliffs right outside. Nearby activities: Cute shops right below the suite with local treasures. I got really cute local art for my own business. Walkability: This is a very walkable location. Great food, coffee, and shops are all within a block. Food & drinks: A wine bar right below the suite from a local winery!
