The rooms were clean and comfortable. I loved the shower and the room space. privacy was great. the walking was not bad. it was close the a whole lot. Starbucks was right across the street. very close to the mall. it had just open so the rooms were inviting. I did recommend the hotel to someone else and they loved it too
My wife and I were extremely disappointed with our three-night stay at this hotel. Upon check-in, we were unexpectedly charged an additional $130.08 for service fees, despite having already paid through Capital One Travel. This issue has been reported and is currently under investigation. When we entered our room, it was freezing cold. Adjusting the thermostat to 72 degrees only made the humidity unbearable, leaving the floors soaked and the room extremely uncomfortable. When we reported this to the staff the next morning, we were advised to lower the thermostat below 70 degrees, which was simply unreasonable. Additionally, the hotel’s restaurant was closed throughout our stay, rendering our $75 dining allowance useless. We were directed to a nearby establishment for breakfast, which was subpar and not what we had anticipated. Furthermore, the advertised top-floor outdoor area was also closed, depriving us of a space we had looked forward to enjoying. Overall, this hotel, advertised as a four-star establishment, fell far short of expectations and was more akin to a two-star experience. We will not be returning and cannot recommend this hotel to others.
