If you're looking for a truly exceptional experience in Zurich, look no further than the Hotel Alden. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We were hoping to visit the Lindt Chocolate Factory, only to find it completely sold out. The concierge team, however, worked their magic and managed to secure us tickets! That alone would have been enough to earn a glowing review. But they took it even further by upgrading us to a suite so enormous that we literally made a ”Cribs”-style video about it! We were absolutely blown away by the size and luxury. Beyond the impressive suite and the chocolate factory miracle, the hotel itself is stunning and perfectly located. But it's the dedication and attentiveness of the staff that truly sets this place apart. They anticipate your needs before you even express them. โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ชานเมือง ห่างจากใจกลางเมืองประมาณ 10-15 นาที โดยรถรางสาย 13 จากสถานีรถไฟกลางซูริค หรือประมาณ 10 นาที จากท่าเรือเฟอร์รี่ไปยังทะเลสาบซูริค โดยรถรางสาย 5 ถ้าไม่รีบร้อน สามารถเดินทางไปรอบๆ ได้ภายในเวลาประมาณครึ่งชั่วโมง มีร้านค้าและร้านอาหารต่างๆ มากมายระหว่างทาง โรงแรมยังอยู่ติดกับห้างสรรพสินค้าขนาดกลาง ซึ่งมีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ต COOP ขนาดใหญ่ ดังนั้นหากคุณต้องการซื้อของใช้ประจำวันหรือของที่ระลึก (เช่น ช็อกโกแลตสวิส) ที่นี่จึงเป็นตัวเลือกที่ดี 😌

It was a very good hotel. I will definitely choose this hotel whenever I come to Zurich again. Very polite, very friendly and very efficient staff. They do all your work. Here I would like to thank ( fanni ) for helping us a lot and doing everything she could to ensure we had a good stay.
