Breakfast is good.
Sadly there’s construction site blocked the road to spa-geronstere station as attached picture(from google map)

Perfect location. The hotel is clean but the staff was not very enthousiast. But will come back another time. It was convenient to have the late check-in

Emplacement en plein cœur de Spa.
Facile de se rendre aux thermes via le funiculaire relié à l'hôtel.
Propreté ok
Par contre, impersonnel et personnel pas sympa.
Room service ok mais peu de choix.

Radisson Blu Palace in Spa, Belgium is a two hour drive from Brussels airport, BRU. The hotel is located in the city centre and is just below the local hotspring spa. Whilst not part of the hotel, it is connected to the hotel via a private funicular so you can get to the spa in your hotel robe. The lobby area is spacious and also has the hotel bar and restaurant. There is no parking outside the hotel, but the hotel has underground parking for €18 a day. On the top level of the hotel is the wellness area with a sauna and a small but functional gym. The rooms are a good size and well planned with bathtubs in the bathrooms. Overall, it is a nice hotel for a short spa trip.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Spa with easy access to the 'Thermes de Spa'. Staff is friendly and a good breakfast is available. Be sure to book a room away from the street side - you can hear the traffic despite the double glass. The hotel offers paid parking in the parking garage below the hotel.

The best experiences are defined by the human interactions. And for whatever reason we did not receive the best of it during our stay. This was not our first time at the Radisson Blu Palace Hotel, Spa. We are Radisson Rewards member with Premium status. But the treatment received at the reception desk, for room upgrade, for parking, for instant coffee pads - was bad. It felt like the staff were doing me a favour to provide me the rooms for which I paid.

Excellent location, great choice of fresh products at breakfast and is served until 11.00 am at the weekend. Comfortable bed with quality linen, just a pity the room was stuffy. Direct access to the Thermes de Spa was a plus.

Our dinner reservation was canceled without giving a reason. The only explanation we got was: "we made a mistake". So we were obliged to dine elsewhere No compensation was offered. Mistakes can happen, but at least offer a solution.

I came here with a friend to enjoy the spa. We arrived on Saturday and had already booked a parking spot however the parking lot was fully booked, they hadn’t reserved a spot for me. The Tesla chargers weren’t working either, no electricity. Glad we had charged beforehand a bit. Went to the room (room 111) it was boiling hot in there, opened the window but still too hot. Sat on the bed and immediately stood up, the bed sank inwards. Took the other bed and that one was less bad but still sank. I had incredible pain in my back both following mornings. The bathroom was normal size but the bathtub was really high, could hardly lift my leg over it to shower. The toilet also had 1 toilet roll over, this was finished in a few hours as it was very thin paper. Ask reception for new paper which we got immediately. Next morning had breakfast, this was delicious, lots of choice. After breakfast went to the Spa. We went up with the venicular on the 1st floor that took us up. Very handy! The spa was freezing cold!! Spas should be kept warm as you are practically walking naked all day. We weren’t allowed slippers so it was extremely slippery, almost fell a few times. The toilets were disgusting and smelled rank!! The girls “cleaning it” were mopping pee around from room to room. Bah!! We then had a treatment at 15:30 which we hadn’t been told until we went up at 10:00 as my friend had booked. We paid for a facial massage, this was a simple treatment and was done in 15 mins! In and out. Didn’t relax at all. The staff at the reception of the spa were also very unhelpful not telling us where to go, luckily another lady told us where to go. Is it so difficult to find friendly helpful staff? We went back to the room after the spa and had dinner outside of the hotel. Monday we had breakfast at 9:00, we came to the breakfast room and were asked if we had already been before which we had, so we seated ourselves at the window. After about 5 mins one of the staff runs up to us and says in rude french “don’t the wine glasses give it away??” My friend and i look at her, and say excuse me? Then she says in English, the tables are set up for lunch you will need to find another place. I look at her and at my watch and i say, its 9:00 and breakfast is done at 10:30!! You have enough time to set up later and we want to sit here. “Yes but you have to move”! So we moved seats but i was not impressed! Later i asked her colleague who said because it wasn’t busy at breakfast they decided to set up for lunch! This is not a guests issue, we are having breakfast! As they aren’t busy they have enough time to set up afterwards. After breakfast we packed our things and left, i was glad the stay was finished which is such a pity!

Terrible staff. Terrible service. Discriminatory behaviour. Shame on this so called respected establishment. The guy at the bar litteraly made fun of me in my face. There shouldn't have any space for such behaviours in a hotel like this. And it was only about a Coffee and a Coke. I cannot imagine the rest.

the cooperation with 'Thermes de Spa' was perfect. We could go in bathrope and slippers directly with cable car to the thermes. Even after check out, that day we could use the towels and bathrope from the hotel, this was very comfortable. Late breakfast during weekend, top. Spaces nice and clean. Sauna open till late, top. A lot of space in the bathroom and in the room. Top

The rooms and location were good, but that’s it. In restaurant we asked to book a specific table for the dinner, they wrote it down but never booked the one we wanted. People mostly come to this hotel for a spa experience, so the personnel could have at least informed the guests that the spa should be booked in advance. We had to dress for the spa, go there, just to discover we need to be back to our rooms and book a slot for later. We also managed to forget our belongings in the room, and that is still a pain. We asked to send us our belongings by post, for which they charged 30 eur for a parcel from Belgium to Netherlands. We paid it, and could never get neither tracking number, not parcel itself from them. They claim they’ve sent it in December, so now it is February and nothing received. Awful service, what can I say
