Met with colleagues from Europe and spent thr night. Renovated very nicely had some great suggestions of places to go around hotel. Clean rooms!

The hotel was clean . The noise issues after 11 PM was not acceptable! This went on every night. Kids ages 11-14 stayed in a room across the hall from us. No adult supervision or security! The Fire alarm system is all out of wack . Soon as you go to sleep you hear even more noise with the alarm ! This went off two separate times. I talked to the assistant manager about this and all she could say is we have to look at the cameras. (Do they even have cameras? ) I am sure they heard all the noise . We were on the 2 nd floor right above the lobby! There is no excuse for this ! We averaged 3 hours of sleep! All the manager wanted to do is give us is a $10.00 refund! You don’t do business like that . I have a video and they didn’t want to see/ hear it ! Very Ghetto Atmosphere!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The beds were moist, found hair on the sheets, the food was absolutely gross, the pool had a slimey film in the water (my friends and I almost gagged right into the pool!) and the general manager was incredibly rude! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Upon checking in we were told the pool is only open today for our stay. You do not get to swim the morning after before you checkout. I came here for my daughter’s birthday. You would think this is something they should have posted before you book. Then further speaking with what they call a manager at the front desk she walked up to me and I simply said “is your pool really not open in the morning” at which point she said “you only paid for one night you get to swim today, you don’t swim tomorrow you didn’t pay for tomorrow”. I have never in all my life been to a hotel that doesn’t let you swim the following morning. She said “it needs to be cleaned” okay great that’s why the pool should close at 10pm to give you the time to clean it. Hey to the room and the heat is set on hell at which point it is also 75 degrees outside. The phone doesn’t work, it smells terrible in here. The only thing the general manager named Michelle says is “we’re a non refundable hotel” That’s great! We will definitely not enjoy this stay and will definitely not be back with the rude front desk staff, obviously for pool hours because that’s just stupid and not once is it mentioned until you have paid for a non refundable room and you check in.

I am not happy with our stay. The amenities were not as advertised and I addressed all of my concerns with the front desk staff and the manager on duty prior to check out. They were apathetic and unwilling to compensate me as requested. Although I was assured that they would submit my feedback to the general manager, I am doubtful. My chief complaints- the pool and hot tub were unsafe and absolutely filthy disgusting. This was the main reason that we booked our stay. The pool and hallways were overrun by unsupervised teens who were loud, rowdy, and impolite. The woman working the night shift on the front desk was involved in said shenanigans and was observed ignoring a customer while she left the desk to visit friends. To make matters worse, our smoke alarm beeped at four in the morning waking up my entire family. Other mechanical things were in disrepair. Also- the person setting up the continental breakfast that was supposed to be open at 7am was late and yelled at my daughter and I for heading in to check things out at about 7:10am. Ridiculous! We booked our stay based on the reviews provided by Trip Advisor and *******, which I believe to be fictitious so I am leaving honest feedback. Stay elsewhere. You have been warned.

Black mold in the bathroom. Banging on the other side of the wall. Dirty floors. Decent staff. Staff didn't keep the grounds dry from kids coming in and out from the pool. Smells like **** inside and out the hotel. An overall bad stay and wouldn't recommend.

Had some issues checking in with the room not being what I was under the impression I was getting but the front desk worker (who shared my name, never met anyone else with same name yet) was AMAZING and so helpful. She got everything all worked out for me and stayed past her shift to make sure then informed the next staff of the issue and had him check me in and pay. Things went great after the small issue was worked out I paid for my room was handed keys and stayed overnight happily. Until....checkout. During check out a new person was at the counter and that's where all the issues started. The women made claims I didn't pay for my room. Which I most certainly did, how would I have been given the keys to the room otherwise? No hotel would allow anyone to get keys and then stay all night long having not paid. I explained the whole situation to the women and still she claims I never paid. After she rudely walked away as I was speaking to her I too then walked out of hotel and left. This women then charged my card 2 more times for 100 then again 63 more dollars without permission. I AM NEVER EVER EVER STAYING IN THIS HOTEL OR ANY AFFILIATE OF THEM IN MY LIFE AND I RECOMMEND NO ONE DOES. THEY HAVE STAFF WHO LIE, DISRESPECT AND OUTRIGHT STEAL FROM CUSTOMERS. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE FOR ANY BUSINESS. Had there been any issue with payment I wouldn't of been given keys or would of been contacted long before the check out time. Even then had an issue with payment came up any decent company would have taken the error up with the person who checked me in and gave me keys but this company took my payment then went on charging 100 and 60 more to the card after I left and over multiple transactions. DON'T STAY HERE ANYONE THIS HAS NOW CAUSED MORE STRESS THEN GOOD. THANKS SO MUCH.

The tub kept stopping up. there was a roach in the bathroom, and the sheets made us itch. Maybe too much bleaching in the linen. The assistant manager was nice, but told me there were no roaches in Michigan. Oh, I guess the last person brought them there. breakfast was good

Comfort Suites is ALWAYS a great stay. The place was emaculate, everything (appliances and outlets) was fully functional. I was very comfortable during my stay.
