I really enjoyed my stay here and would stay again. Staff are friendly and responsive by email. I got an airport pickup for $30. The room and bathroom were very spacious and even came with a tub! The breakfast is an extensive buffet—not to my taste but I think the locals like it. As for clean food, you can get fresh fruit, coffee with milk, nuts, cucumber and boiled egg. There’s a nice lobby where you can hang out and charge your phone. There is a restaurant inside the hotel but I didn’t eat there. There is an ATM right outside the hotel and inside the mall. I had a room that faced the back side with a lovely view of trees and some urban maize fields. Room had AC and lots of light too.

The staff and facilities were amazing! I had no idea when I booked this hotel that it would be the level of class that it was! For the price, it is the best option in Blantyre.

I left an important folder at the Crossroads and the staff went above and beyond to ship the folder to Lilongwe. That kind of help is above and beyond what one normally receives. I will definitely stay at the Crossroads the next time I m in Blantyre.
