location good but prefer additional amenities with microwave in room and on site restaurent

Simple and clean. But I cannot find hair dryer in my room, after I took a shower….they can’t call front seat from rooms, you need to go out using a public telephone near the elevator. My hair was all wet, night shift staff didn’t really helpful…at first he said sorry that room service is closed can’t help! I asked him to find one, he promised will go find one and call me back. He did not call back…I wait for 10minutes then I went out calling him again. He just asked me go down pick dryer up…

The staff is very friendly and attentive. Mr. Ambrose is our favorite staff member at the front desk! Beautifully renovated property. Will stay again.

Everything is good but the big screen TV to where i have stayed is showing standard definition. Then when I called front to do a wake up call at 6am they forgot, luckily I got up at 5:30am . Also I have noticed that there’s a sign in every door stating “ camer are not monitored 24 / 7 . So nonetheless they are not responsible for their guests vehicles if there was a theft or whatsoever.

A very nice place geared towards business .The breakfast wasn’t a breakfast danish and coffee but the most problem was the shuttle from the airport had to wait over an hour and I even had to call them to see what the problem was was and it was very cold

The room was lovely, cleanand updated There are limited,expensive, breakfast options of drinks and baked goods. Staff are very friendly.

It was a good stay but I bought the “continental” breakfast which is not a huge variety, I paid the extra for it and was very disappointed! As for the stay, it was great!

Had to pay separately for parking. That was not stated at the time of making my online reservation. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

Great stay, very comfortable beds. The scenery out our window was partially beautiful with the lake to the side. We felt very safe and parking was resonably priced.

we only noticed that housekeeping service is poor we asked for towels and the front desk told us to go downstairs instead because no one is available to deliver to the room, we asked for toiletries the front desk told us they are out of stock for razors and toothpaste. The coffeemaker is dirty and there is no complimentary coffee and water at the lobby. It is said free breakfast on the website but there is not in the hotel, not even the pastries we're open to buy snacks and quick breakfast.

Very clean. Great service. Typical amenities but no microwave. However, staff warmed up my food. Also, loved the bed in the room and staff gave me the brand and model. Very comfortable stay. Worth the money.

Great property. No on site restaurant during renovations. Coffee maker in room did not work. All else excellent. Great staff!

Awesome place to stay. It’s right next to train tracks and LRT. But that didn’t bother us.
