ที่ตั้งดีมาก มีซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ตห่างจากโรงแรมประมาณ 200 เมตร หากคุณเลือกทำอาหารเองก็จะสะดวกมากและมีการจัดวางอุปกรณ์ทำอาหารไว้อย่างเป็นระเบียบ พนักงานโรงแรมเป็นมิตรมาก ข้อเสียที่ใหญ่ที่สุดคือสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่ล้าสมัย แอร์ในห้องนั่งเล่นนอกห้องชุดที่ฉันพักไม่เย็นเลย มีคนมาแก้ไขให้ 2 วันติดๆ กัน แต่ผลที่ได้ก็เป็นศูนย์ เป็นช่วงฤดูร้อน และอุณหภูมิในห้องนั่งเล่นซึ่งไม่สามารถเย็นลงได้ก็อยู่ที่ประมาณ 30℃ ในตอนบ่าย

ห้องพักกว้างขวางพร้อมครัวขนาดเล็กสำหรับทำอาหารเบาๆ เหมาะสำหรับครอบครัว ทำเลที่ตั้งสวยงาม อยู่ติดกับแม่น้ำสวอนในเพิร์ธตอนใต้ บางครั้งเราขึ้นเรือเฟอร์รี่ไปซีดีบี เป็นประสบการณ์ที่สนุกสนาน

ห้องพักค่อนข้างสะอาด แต่สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครันแม้จะเป็นห้องสวีทแต่ไม่มีประตูในห้องนั่งเล่นและห้องนอน ในห้องไม่มีเครื่องซักผ้า ดังนั้นคุณสามารถซักได้จากส่วนกลางเท่านั้นและคุณยังต้องจ่ายค่าธรรมเนียมอีกด้วย

We had a genuinely excellent stay at The Peninsula Riverside Serviced Apartments. The standout was the staff. Every interaction was warm, polite, and helpful. From check in to daily support, nothing felt rushed or scripted. Questions were handled quickly and with real care. You could tell they wanted guests to feel comfortable, not just processed. The apartment was spotless. Cleanliness was clearly a priority and it showed in every space. The location is hard to beat. Quiet by the river, yet close enough to walk to restaurants, shops, and key areas of the city. It felt relaxed without being isolated. Facilities were well maintained and practical. Everything worked as it should. No fuss. No surprises. This is an easy recommendation, especially for couples who value calm surroundings and genuinely good service. We would stay again without hesitation.

Good location and nice view. Walking distance to nearby 24hrs supermarket, restaurants and jetty to take a ferry across to CBD. Apartment is abit old but c/w a mini kitchen whereby induction stove, microwave, fridge and utensils are readily available. Toilet is quite small and bedroom is without a door. Free parking but no guarantee will get a parking lot. Ample parking along the road outside with a small fee. A guest lounge that offers free chocolate, coffee and tea with mini entertainment. Overall, is a good stay.

Had a good 5 night stay here. Location was great, just in front of the foreshore. Amenities like groceries and restaurants within walking distance as well. Recommended for those visiting Perth!
