The outward appearance wasn't terrible as I arrived at what should be named MOTEL Elevation. When I went to the lobby there was no one inside and it appeared abandoned. The doorbell didn't work and a hand written note that was taped to the door was asking me to call a phone number for assistance.
After a few minutes a man emerged from a nearby room and told me to come back later because the rooms weren't clean. To be fair, I was 3 hours early (check in was at 4). Upon returning I was able to check in at the sp****ly furnished lobby. The staff I met including the first man were friendly and approachable.
I had to drop my stuff in the room upon checking in and leave. I did not return until after 2 am. There was no parking and part of that due to a 30 foot box truck parked sideways in the lot in front of the office, taking 6 spaces. I abandoned my vehicle at the entrance half in the landscaping and made my way to my room. Once inside I found no towels and stains on the comforter.
In the AM I showered, the bathroom looked to be from around 1994, which was the most unappealing part of the stay. The shower was great because the hot water worked well, which I did not expect at this point. Check out was smooth and I really have nothing else to say other than this stay was DEFINITELY not worth the $250 (with tax and fees) price for one night.
