รีวิว The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Jakarta Pacific Place

The location was excellant as it was on top a huge shopping mall, access to lots of food stores and transport. The business lounge was great with meeting rooms available for private appointments. The only issue I have with the hotel is that is cost 3 to 4x more than most 5 star hotels in Jakarta.

We had 2 days meeting, the banquet staff is very fast respond, friendly, the rooms are so clean, smells good but only for time check in is quietly slow, but overall service is ok. I hope this review can make you guys increase your quality Very thankyou and see you next time

the service was very good, the food was delicious, and the place very comfortable. the staff who worked really helped make the event smooth, thanks you to mr. yudhistira, mr. deden, mr. sudirman, mr. indra who make the event succesful. success for banquet team RCPP, keep strong.

The hotel itself is luxurious and the room layout is very convenient to stay. However, the internet was a bit slow to have a meeting via Zoom. Even if you're a marriott Bonvoy member, you have no access to the full buffet breakfast on the 6th floor. On top of that, its room charge costs twice as much as other 5-star hotels in Jakarta. Even though the hotel is directly connected to Pacific Place Mall, we hardly find it worth paying that much.

Have a wedding of 200 people in Jan 2024 and it was a great success. From holy matrimony, teapai ceremony and finally the reception. The food and services was great even small issue cleared immediately. Thanks to banquet officer Pak Miko, Pak Supomo, Pak Sudirman and the whole staff that support even the smallest request Thanks

Awesome hotel and kids love it We can enjoy nice scenery of jakarta while enjoy our 5 times club lounge so full and all yummy. My daughter loves the tent and kids club specially the pop corn. The staff is very friendly and one of them name Ana very kind and friendly. The room nice and so happy to have a very easy access to the shopping center. I always love staying in this hotel and everytime is very different and lovely memories always want to come back again.

the hotel crew Services was very nice and friendly on this wedding party. thanks to mr.Miko and team was really helpfull and responsive to make this event running smoothly...also the hotels' atmosphere was really nice and comfy. Its the right place to make event meeting, wedding and staying.

all the employees are very kind and friendly, but especially the extraordinary service provided by the front of the house officer at the Ritz Carlton is truly unmatched, her name is Nadila, she is very kind, smiling, patient and detailed in explaining things and of course polite and respectful, I wish you have a smooth and successful career
