Decent place and location, though wouldn't recommend except to save a bit of cash.

This experience was very disappointing and nowhere near the reputation that Holiday Inn has created for itself. The first thing is the cleanliness of the room was not good. The shower grab bar was obviously dirty, and there was a hole in the wall of the bathroom that was partially covered by artwork. We were supposed to have a queen bed, but it turned out to be a full sized bed. The room phone did not work, I could not call the service desk. The towels and wash rags were not washed well, and there were not enough, only 2 of each. We missed the free breakfast for the first two days, but it was our fault. We made it on the third day, and wow, we should have just missed it again. The waffles taste terrible, cold, and very rubbery. The so-called orange juice was the most bitter thing we'd ever tasted and kept "repeating" in our throats for the next 3 days. The potatoes were horribly over seasoned, way too much garlic and rosemary. The sausage and oatmeal were the only palatable options. I was not given a receipt at checkout, and when I checked my bank account, there was a charge for $22.46. So I called the hotel to find out what the charges were for the gentleman, explaining that management charges between $7.50 to $ 8:00 each nite for some bull crap. I will never stay at this hotel again, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I did not take pictures to show what crap hole this place is, but believe be warned.

I'm room was dirty, customer service was poor, there was no good places to order food from and when I try to talk to a manager about my complaint in the morning there was no manager they weren't trying to help give me a phone number or email to reach out to let them know that my bed sheets bloodstains on it and didn't want to help to change my room very very poor customer service

馬桶堵塞，前台居然叫我帶着孩子去他們的公共廁所，然後態度極度惡劣！我不得不一大早在前台跟那個印度佬吵起來，從來沒住過這麼差的holiday inn！

非常的好，冷氣暖氣空調很好，乾淨

地理位置還是很方便，設施還可以，旅遊親子夠住了，有微波爐，冰箱，熱東西吃也很方便

簡單的早餐，離大學20分鐘車程，酒店旁邊有西餐廳

房間設計比較舒服，床很大，整體衞生還不錯，空調是老式空調，比較吵的那種，酒店有早餐跟晚餐供應，種類選擇不多，但是味道還不錯，整體還是挺舒適的，出差可以選擇。
