Therefore, an extra fee applies for additional towels.Regarding the issue with the linens in the photo you provided, it's very strange, as our linens are professionally cleaned to ensure the highest standards of hygiene for our guests. Our housekeeping team takes great care to ensure that each room is prepared to the highest standards before our guests arrive. If the linen has a stain, they won’t use it and will return it to the linen wash company.
