"It was a very small and cramped room. Much worse than I expected; other hotels in similarly priced cities and towns in Hungary were significantly better. Check-in was self-service, with absolutely no customer service. Online inquiries went unanswered for a long time. In short, the experience was really bad, especially when you're in a rush. Ctrip's online customer service is much more reliable. The only bright spot was opening the window in the morning; the sunlight filtering through the morning mist created a very soothing, mountain-like atmosphere."

"Reception service friendly and professional. Very nice and comfortable rooms. Everything looks new, clean and bright. We payed 42 euro/night for the room, breakfast included for 2 persons + 1,5 euro/person/night tourist tax + 4,5 euro/night for the parking space. I think those prices can hardly be beaten if you consider the value you get for this. The parking area is within the hotel but the etrance is quite narrow and a bit difficult for a larger car. The parking area is a bit cramped too. Especially if most of the parking spaces are already occupied. ( about 7 or 8 places) Breakfast was plenty with warm (eggs and frankfurtes sausages and cold dishes. I would have no doubt in staying here again."

"We spent two nights at this amazing hotel and everything was excellent! The location was fantastic, we loved the view to the calm and quiet forest from our room. The spa was terrific with many saunas and clean pools. At the restaurant the food was nice, we really enjoyed both the breakfast and dinner selections. Let me highlight one of the servers Lorenzo who was the best!!! He is the true defenition of great hospitality and service-mindedness. The front desk team was also lovely and offered us welcome drinks and extra points upon arrival. My partner and I enjoyed the moonlight bar and also the gaming desks in the lobby. The hotel also has a decent parking which is a huge advantage."
