"I really liked the hotel! Very good location, the sea is right next to it. Great promenade along the sea. Very rich breakfast and everything is very tasty. The hotel itself is neat and clean. We stayed in Deluxe room 309 - in my opinion it is the best room, because you can see the sea from the balcony and through the room window! It is worth eating at the Falo restaurant in the hotel. We also took advantage of the pedicure and manicure services offered by the hotel, Irina is a great employee, special thanks to her - she is a true professional 100 points, I definitely recommend it."

"The hotell has a good location and it is near the aqua park in Sopot. The rooms are clean and in good shape. Some of the staff are friendly and helpful some aren't. The breakfast is very expensive. We paid 100 zl for adult and a 7 years old child and we got scrambled eggs, 2 sausages, bread, 4 pieces of ham, some salad and a little cottage cheese and because of this I am giving it 3 stars and not 5. Don't order the breakfast. Lidl is 5 min away."

"The hotel is nice, the location is great, and that's where the positives end. I'll start by saying that we arrived for Easter and booked at the beginning of the year to have a room with a "sea view" from the garden. We entered the room and the first thing we were disappointed with was the view of a dingy square and a parking lot at the back of the hotel. I immediately went to the reception desk to report that it wasn't our room. The lady apologized, saying there must have been a change and someone else must have been given our room due to a "window." The room was currently fully booked and there was nothing she could do about it. We had to wait until Monday for our room to become available, and then we could change rooms. It was a Saturday, a public holiday, so I didn't want to make a fuss. I understood the situation. The manager was supposed to come on Monday to discuss compensation for this inconvenience. On Monday, I was told that the only thing they could do was change us to a room with a SIDE sea view, so it still wasn't the one we were supposed to have, but okay. As for compensation, nothing. When I found out, the room was the same standard, so I shouldn't have to upgrade, so I should be happy with what I got. Ignoring the fact that the room I booked was more expensive than the basic room, and I was especially interested in a sea view, which is why I decided to stay at this hotel, the hotel staff clearly doesn't care about any prior arrangements and simply washes their hands of it. As compensation, the manager offered us coffee in the restaurant, which is ridiculous, how a five-star hotel treats customers. After calling the manager, I was offered a 50% discount on a meal in the restaurant as compensation. On Monday at 5 PM, I received this information as I was leaving the hotel for dinner. I didn't take up this offer on Monday, so I said I'd take advantage of it on Tuesday. I arrived at noon to inform her that I would take advantage of this offer, and the manager laughed in my face, saying the restaurant was closed today and I could have used it yesterday, claiming she'd informed me about it. The level of service was pathetic for a place that claims to be five-star. For me, this categorization completely deviates from the norm, from the breakfasts, which were increasingly poor each day, to the issues with the bicycle equipment and sauna not working properly. I've been in Sopot eight times a year for 10 years, so I know every good hotel above 4*. This time, I chose the Hotel Testa, and based on how they treated me as a guest, I know for sure I won't be returning. Because a hotel isn't just about the building, the location, and the amenities; it's also about a sense of comfort, a friendly atmosphere, and a desire to return to the same place. The only member of staff who is competent, professional, and customer-friendly is the receptionist, Maryna."
