I suppose it is the best hotel in central Sopot: the location is super perfect, interior and exterior are wonderful, a very good breakfast under blue sky luring through glass-ceiling, additionally we’ve got a present at the reception (a piece of amber-looking soap) ❤️ One little nuance: unfortunately there is no bathtub in our bathroom, so if having foaming bath is an important part of your travel ritual - this fact might spoil the whole impression.

The hotel's perfect location means you can get everywhere on foot. Rooms renovated in modern style. Very good breakfasts along with sparkling wine and a la carte menu. Good quality drinks at the bar, worth taking advantage of. Special thanks to Mr. Zbigniew, beautiful customer service. One of the better 5* hotels in Poland, and I have been in many. I will come to it quite a few more times.

A unique hotel. My second stay, to the same good standard as the first time. In the heart of Sopot, close to everywhere, 5 mins from the train station. Spacious rooms, each different. Professional hotel staff, especially Mr Zbigniew. You can count on an individual approach to the guest, as in typical 5* hotels. Excellent dishes in the restaurant, especially those on volcanic stones. Breakfast very good, à la carte.

We've just come back from a fantastic few days at Rezydent hotel, Sopot. The location is perfect, just a few mins from the train station & next to the main street which takes you straight down to the beach, restaurants, bars & clubs. The room was spacious, comfortable & had everything you need for a short break away. The food at breakfast was very good & I'd highly recommend the chefs speciality dishes which are freshly cooked to order & delicious. The staff are really what made this stay extra special, always welcoming & happy to make time to have a chat & delivering fantastic customer service. Special mention to Basia, Natalia, Wiktoria, Janek, Zbigniew, Pavel, Anastazja & Ela who represented themselves & the hotel wonderfully. We are sorry we didn't get everybody's name that we had interactions with, but without doubt we really felt that our stay was very important to all of them & we would definitely stay here again & recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of staying here.

This maybe a little critical and if not on business maybe too critical. Room was smaller than normal and get that for boutique. However for a work station desk was not great. The tea and coffee station difficult to get to, strange opening doors. Shower was small and controls I thought could be better. Staff on front desk were excellent . This is just my view based on work travel.

It was my second visit at this hotel, but the first one, after implementing this venue into Accor chain. Generally positive impression, but we had some problems during our stay. The first room, we’ve got was underheated and it was necessery to move us to another, in fact bigger and more confortable apartment. The location is convenient, when visiting Sopot, especially using of underground parking,at the railway station. The quality of beds was flawlessy and the hotel staff kind and friendly.

I have been looking for the perfect place for my birthday trip for a long time. The choice fell to the Rezydent Hotel. Unfortunately, instead of a great stay, I was disappointed. The advantages of the hotel are the location and nice interior, but unfortunately, it ends there. It is unacceptable that in a supposedly 5* hotel, the reception staff does not greet guests and is so indifferent, apart from Mr Marek, who was the only one who showed exceptional kindness and help, which surprised us pleasantly. - Air conditioning in the room didn't work. - The refrigerator was not cooling properly. - The bedding that was changed on the second day of stay was torn. - The tap by the sink was so short that you could hardly wash your hands by tapping your hands against the sink. - The carpet was dirty. Interestingly, in May, someone wrote a review reporting that room 304 had a dirty carpet. The hotel responded to it, but still, it wasn't cleaned for 3 months! We have been waiting for this trip for a long time, we are sorry, and we are disappointed with the stay. In a hotel of this class, such situations should not take place and prove that a hotel with five stars has nothing to do with it.

The Staff at this hotel could not do enough to help, so friendly and accommodating. We were staying at the hotel as part of a wedding party, food was amazing as well as the staff. The hotel is in a great central location, Super clean and has everything you would need. Except for Cherry Vodka think we drunk them dry lol

Highly recommended boutique hotel in Sopot, no crowd, great customer service, exceptional cuisine. It’s located 10 min from the famous Sopot pier. You can rent a bike if you feel like keeping fit. Ask for a room at 4th floor facing the Baltic Sea - you can enjoy its view on the horizon. Many thx!

Well, few years ago I stayed in REZYDENT hotel, which at this time was an independent hotel, not being part of Accord group. I was dissatisfied and for next stays at Sopot, I was choosing other hotels. And now, I spotted that now REZYDENT became part of MGallery chain, which I like very much, as these are elegant, usually boutique hotels. This was the reason, why I have decided to come back to REZYDENT, thinking that probably a lot of things from the past, which I disliked, was changed for better. Unfortunately NOT AT ALL. The only change which I recognized is a new design of the hotel’s lobby. At this is it !!! My room (117) being a superior one with a separate (theoretically) living room and bedroom, was looking 1:1 like in the old REZYDENT. The room is dark, as windows are facing interior lobby, with a limited access of a daylight. So almost all day you have to keep lights switched on. You can’t separate in the bedroom from the living room, as there are no … doors in between. AC - another issue. Rather loud and it is impossible to decide the desired speed of fan. Last but not least, for such an unpleasant experience I had to pay much more than quality offered in reality. So whoever will be the owner of REZYDENT in the future, I will never come back there again

Namely, the room 117 referred to in your review did not exist in the "old" Residence. In its place were the offices of the heads of departments. I would like to add that in the case of non-functionality of the room, as you described, it was certainly worth informing the reception - they would probably offer you a change of room. So that your stay would take place in the most comfortable conditions. As a boutique hotel, we have rooms of the same category , which differ in room layout. . Greetings and we hope to see you again!
