พนักงานต้อนรับคนแรกที่เราติดต่อด้วยใจดีมาก แต่หลังจากนั้นเธอต้องไปขอความช่วยเหลือจากเพื่อนร่วมงานในการเช็คอิน และเพื่อนร่วมงานคนนั้นก็หยาบคายมาก เนื่องจากเราจองห้องพักแบบเอ็กเซ็กคิวทีฟไว้ เราจึงได้รับแจ้งว่าเราไม่สามารถเข้าใช้เลาจน์เอ็กเซ็กคิวทีฟได้เพราะไม่ได้จองโดยตรงกับโรงแรม เป็นเรื่องโกหกทั้งนั้น พอไปถึงห้องพักแล้วโทรไปที่ฝ่ายบริการลูกค้าของฮิลตัน พวกเขายืนยันว่าเราสามารถเข้าใช้เลาจน์เอ็กเซ็กคิวทีฟได้ จึงกลับไปที่แผนกต้อนรับ โรงแรมสะดวกสบายมาก ห้องพักกว้างขวาง เตียงนอนสบาย ห้องน้ำมีทั้งฝักบัวและอ่างอาบน้ำ แต่น้ำดื่มไม่ฟรีแม้แต่ในห้องเอ็กเซ็กคิวทีฟ ซึ่งค่อนข้างน่าตกใจ (ขวดละ 2.50 ปอนด์) เลาจน์เอ็กเซ็กคิวทีฟดี แต่บริการลดลงมากเมื่อเทียบกับครั้งที่มาพักเมื่อหลายปีก่อน ตู้เย็นว่างเปล่าเกือบทั้งวัน ขนมขบเคี้ยวไม่ได้รับการเติม แก้วสกปรกเกลื่อนกลาด ฯลฯ อาหารว่างตอนเย็นอร่อยดี แต่ก็ลดลงเมื่อเทียบกับที่เคยมี แต่เครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์และโปรเซคโกก็เป็นสิ่งที่น่ายินดี อาหารเช้าเสิร์ฟในห้องอาหารสำหรับแขกที่พักในห้องเอ็กเซ็กคิวทีฟ มีให้เลือกหลากหลาย ส่วนใหญ่เป็นแบบบุฟเฟต์ แต่ก็มีไข่และไข่เจียวปรุงตามสั่ง กาแฟอร่อย โดยรวมแล้วพนักงานเป็นมิตรและให้การต้อนรับดีมาก (ยกเว้นพนักงานต้อนรับในวันแรก) เราพักที่นี่ 3 คืนและรู้สึกประทับใจ มีรถรับส่งจากอาคารผู้โดยสาร 5 ไปยังโรงแรม ราคา 6.80 ปอนด์ต่อคน หรือคุณสามารถขึ้นรถบัสหมายเลข 5 ซึ่งจอดอยู่ริมถนนหน้าโรงแรม ราคา 1.50 ปอนด์ หากพักมากกว่าหนึ่งคืน จะมีรถบัสไปวินด์เซอร์ เลโก้แลนด์ สเลา และฮาวน์สโลว์ (สำหรับขึ้นรถไฟใต้ดินไปใจกลางลอนดอน)

I've stayed here on numerous occasions and never had any issues. My one gripe would be the name - to call it 'Heathrow Terminal 5' is a bit of a stretch... it's not a typical airport hotel where you can walk to it directly from the terminal, it actually some distance away from the airport and so to get there requires a short ride In a shuttle bus which doesn't operate on a particulary frequent schedule, so this can make getting to and from the hotel to the airport a bit of a hassle sometimes if you don't have a car.

The standard was high and met my extractions too. The hotel price and overall service was poor below Hilton standard

Suitable for business travellers, however not quite family friendly

Room smelt like cigarettes, unfriendly staff and terrible service. I felt like I wasn’t welcome and I won’t be attending again.

Firstly, used to free hotel shuttles. To get here from airport costs £24 return for a couple. Add that to the room price. Place in understaffed: we were second in queue but only two receptionists were working very sloooowly. In the evening, the barman seemed to be holding down two jobs, in the bar and at their Starbucks coffee shop outlet. Waited 10mins for first drink, same for second for which, fair play, he didn’t charge me. In the morning a fire alarm went off with a huge screech, for just three seconds but it took far longer for my wife’s heart to slow down. An appropriate launch for checkout. I’ve stayed at far worse places around the globe, but there are far better alternatives around Heathrow. Thought Hilton was a top-rank brand, so obviously disappointed.

A souless typical airport hotel which does the job perfectly

Good service but spa has sections out of use.

The hotel is great, but the location feels like too far from the city area.

Great customer service good location

Good solid hilton hotel located near LHR T5. Airport hoppa bus service provides a direct link from airport to hotel for a charge. Excellent full English breakfast is great value if you pre purchase at the front desk upon check in (£12). Note similar hotels within the LHR area are charging £20+. Enjoy your stay!
