ประสบการณ์แย่ๆ กับโรงแรมนี้มาก เพราะห้องสกปรกมาก ห้องน้ำเปิดได้แคบมาก หวังว่าฝ่ายจัดการจะปรับปรุงโรงแรมและห้องพักของคุณให้สะอาดขึ้น ทำให้เหมือนโรงแรม ไม่ใช่โมเทล! เหมาะกับชื่อของคุณ โรงแรม Suns Inns International.. และเกี่ยวกับสระว่ายน้ำ น้ำในสระสกปรกมาก

Stayed at Sun Inns Hotel Sitiawan recently. Bottom line: Simple, clean, and practical — exactly what you’d expect from a budget hotel. 👍 What’s Good 📍 Great location — right in Sitiawan town, food and transport are easy. ~7 min walk to The Store and 99 🛏 Clean rooms — basic but tidy, no weird smells or visible dirt. ordered a none smoking room but given smoking room. Malas nak tukar 🏙 Quiet and decent for sleep — no noisy crowds 💸 Budget-friendly — good value if you just need a place to rest 👎 What to Know Before Booking 🏨 Basic facilities — Surprises me .. they have pool .. no Gym ya 🛋 Room interior is simple and utilitarian, not stylish 🚿 Amenities are minimal — bring your own. no coffee; no shampoo and no toothbrush ... basically no amenities.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the condition of the room provided. The room floor is dusty, the bed and pillow cover has yellow stain spots, and the washroom is not properly cleaned. In addition, the bath towel is old and torn. These issues have resulted in a very poor overall experience.

Customer Service very good, but cleanliness not so okay. Halal Food is easy to get. It's good this hotel have pool even I'm not try yet.

Room is clean. Reception is nice. Price cheap. Everything ok

For the price nothing to complain but if you are a cleanliness lover better look for somewhere else. Our family room seem like very long time no people stay, at first go in it smell like not ventilated for quite awhile. You can find stains on the table, bedsheet etc. chip off painting on the wall. It's very spacious though.

Photos VS Actual MUCH DIFFERENT. Very old building, seem like does not have well maintenance. Bed sheet are dirty and have red marks / stains that couldn't remove. The promotions are attractive so please do consider it wisely before accept it.

The sound insulation is poor. You can hear people walking outside and flushing the toilet next door.

Had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Staff were friendly, helpful, and made the experience pleasant. Facilities were convenient and everything worked smoothly. The overall atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxing. A great choice for anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable place to stay.

Room quite old, too dusty, the bed quite old and dirty also..

Request send shampoo until check out no respond. Shampoo box empty. Please check before customer complain. Feel disappointed this time. Cause I m reqular customer always repeat this hotel.

The only thing good about this hotel is the location other than that, nothing great about it. Bed bug is a major issue. the whole night, we all can't sleep. Some aircond can't be controlled. From bed sheets to the curtain are all old and dirty. Noisy due to the traffic and also people walking up and down. Water pressure is low, and even the door can't be locked properly. Although I'm paying only RM100++ per room but that doesn't mean it's ok to provide such standard of rooms. For sure will not some back again
