Ripped carpet, scuffed walls and furniture. No response to Bonvoy chat request for hours , but when you arrived the staff is standing around chatting with each other. Breakfast service was “go sit at 24.” No return until the bill. Thus no drinks, no menus, no options. Had to walk to reception and get and pay for water and soda. Decided to get the buffet as, again, no one came.

This is located right along the river and you have to get out there and go for a walk. The path leads all the way down to the falls. It is worth the walk - it is only about 6 blocks or so. The artwork or sculpture right out back is really cool. I am not an art guy, but that is cool and they change the lights on it every night.

My wife and I stayed 1 night, arriving before 3PM to a welcoming receptionist who checked my ID, processed my payment while I filled out a liability paper, then presented the key cards. We took the elevator to the 3rd floor. Room #316 had new carpet, clean with a comfortable king, desk & chair, easy chairs, clothes bar and medium sized refer with micro & coffee machine. Opening window view to the side parking lot. The fully outfitted bathroom had a tub/shower and powerful fan. The medium sized TV had a hotel guide with 52 channels(CNBC, CNN, ESPN, HGTV, MSNBC, networks, etc). Good secure wifi, ample outlets, good lighting and under window AC/heat. The 7AM breakfast was very good: OJ, apples, raisin bran, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, waffles, bagels, bread and coffees. Overall, we had a quiet night’s sleep and enjoyed our stay.
