มาก ผิดหวังมาก!!!! ผมเข้าพักที่610 และพอก้าวขาออกจากลิฟท์ได้กลิ่นขยะในอากาศ.. แล้วเราก็ได้สัมผัสกับการบริการที่แย่มากมีข้อมูลที่ทําให้เข้าใจผิดจากพนักงานต้อนรับ, housekeeping และแบบฟอร์มซักรีด ้เราต้องการมีบริการกดเขาบอกว่าไม่มีและเราต้องไปกับบริการซักรีดหรือแห้งทําความสะอาดให้ครบและเราก็โอเคกับนั้น(อย่างไรก็ตามบริการกดก็มีให้ในรูปแบบ!) เค้ายืนยันว่าซักรีดเสร็จภายในชั่วโมงและเราก็สามารถเอาเสื้อผ้ามาใส่ได้โดยคืนนี้ ปรากฎว่าเมื่อเราโทรไปเรียกบริการ housekeeping มาสั่งบริการ เค้าทําไม่ได้เพราะมันผ่านชั่วโมงบริการไปแล้ว รออะไรอยู่? ทําไมต่างกันมาก แม่บ้านบอกว่า เราต้องถอดเสื้อผ้าให้ตอนเที่ยง 12 โมงเช้า สุดท้ายถึงได้ทําเสร็จจนถึงคืนนี้ ่างๆ แต่ก็มีอะไรแปลกๆ ที่ระบุไว้ในแบบฟอร์มซักรีดชัดเจนว่ามีบริการซักรีด 2 อย่าง คือซักรีดที่ได้รับจาก 1 และคืนที่ 2 ในวันเดียวกัน และมีบริการซักรีดใช้ตั้งแต่ 3 คืน/ส่งในวันเดียวกันภายใน 4 ชม. กับคิดเงินเพิ่มอีก 100% จากราคาปกติ - ซึ่งเราโอเคกับเงื่อนไขดังกล่าว ตอนผมโต้แย้งกับข้อกล่าวหาในฟอร์ม เค้าบอกว่าเพิ่งเปลี่ยนคนขาย และอันนี้ปัจจุบันมี ”ชั่วโมงปฏิบัติการ” อีกทั้งยังบอกว่าพนักงานต้อนรับไม่รู้สถานการณ์ปัจจุบันจึงยืนยันว่าทําได้ ***! ทําไมฉันต้องรู้คําตอบแบบนั้น?? และทําไมคุณถึงต้องโยนทีม ของคุณลงรถบัส? อะไรคือความตั้งใจ! ผมบ่นกับพนักงานต้อนรับ - ที่ยืนยันก่อนหน้านี้ว่าให้ข้อมูลผิดกับผมและยังสอบถามข้อมูลต่างภายในโรงแรม พนักงานได้กล่าวขอโทษและได้กล่าวไว้ว่า การโทรไปทําความสะอาดของผมถูกพนักงานฝึกงานเอา งั้น?? ก็ไม่เปลี่ยนความจริงที่ว่าข้อมูลในกระดาษกับจากพนักงานต่าง ๆ เค้าก็บอกว่าจะแก้ไขแบบซักรีดให้ตาม ใช่ใช่! พวกเขาบอกว่าจะส่งเตารีดมาที่นี่ แต่มันผ่านไป 30 นาทีแล้ว ผมก็ไม่ได้ยินอะไรเลย!!
